They shipped to my Apple address?!?
They took the address that I wrote down out and shipped the package to my Apple address instead and I never got my package. It was expensive and I am very disappointed

We ship every order to the delivery address that is confirmed at checkout in our webshop. On your order, that address came from Apple Pay: when you pay with Apple Pay, the shipping address shown in the Apple Pay window is the one passed to us, and it was selected and confirmed by you before the payment went through. There was no other delivery address on the order.
Your package was shipped to that address and the carrier has marked it as delivered there. We are sorry it did not reach you where you intended, but the order was fulfilled exactly as it was placed.
As we have already confirmed to you by email and WhatsApp, we have asked the carrier whether your package can be collected from that address and delivered to your new address. We are waiting for their reply and will let you know as soon as we hear back.

If there was the possibility to give 0 stars I would. I bought 2 bottles of shampoo worth around 35€ each. The package arrived with only just one. I made a claim, sent all pictures of the package (which was intact), did whatever was necessary to show them there was only one bottle in the package. After several checks on their side they claim there were 2 bottles in the package and refuse to send the missing one or refund it claiming that everything was done right. I don’t know where the error is but it end up I am the one having to pay for it.

Hair clipper gets too hot after a few minutes
I bought a hair clipper from this company, but after using it for only 2–3 minutes, it became very hot. This made it uncomfortable and difficult to use. I contacted customer service, but the return process was not helpful. I hope the company improves the quality of its products and provides better support for customers with defective items.
