Great jewellery and customer service

Absolutely rubbish
Absolutely rubbish, the jewellery is supposed to be gold for the price, it’s definitely not.
I saw the exact same jewellery on SHEIN and the price was much cheaper on SHEIN.
Very disappointing that I paid double the price for what I got.
Can’t even send it back as I’ve worn it, will never purchase again.

Recommended the brand. The ads are not a scam.
I had met the brand online through ads; tbh, I was hesitant to complete my order. I did the order, and I don't regret it at all. When the order arrived, it was a great experience. I enjoyed the all-inclusive packaging that Beautiful Earth dedicated to it. So far, the collection I got is in good condition, even after being exposed to water. I do recommend the brand and the products.

Beautiful pieces. I wear them everyday. Items with pearls have worn off with everyday use but the other items without any gems have been long lasting. Highly recommend!

Positive experience! I had some issues with tracking the package, but customer service immediately responded and assisted me every step of the way. The jewelry I received are very beautiful, exactly what you'd expect from their website and at that price. I only had one problem with a ring. Customer service immediately resolved the issue. I must say, they're very efficient and professional, and I wasn't expecting that. Now all that remains is to see if they'll truly stand up to time, wear, and humidity. But for now, I'm happy and I think I'll buy again. :)

I ordered 2 boxes with them
This company is a scam
I ordered 2 boxes with them. Some earrings I wanted were sold out so I started to look online if I could find them somewhere else. What I found is every piece of jewellery this company sells are on online shops such as SHEIN, Temu or Amazon for only a few £ cents or £1. On their website they advertise they don’t inflate prices and sell at the real price; they also pretend to be British. It’s obviously untrue.
Of course I requested a refund as soon as I found out. I then received an automated reply with a link to return an order. I followed the link and did everything it asked me to do. I then clicked on “confirm” but the next page showed “404 page not found”.
I emailed the customer service on Monday asking them for return labels, today is Saturday and I haven’t heard back from them.
This company is a scam. They buy very low quality jewellery for £1p and sell the same item on their website for over £20 pretending there’s a discount. So let’s be clear here, I will not pay to return a £45 box that should have cost me £5. I have no time nor money to waste on this matter.

Finding similar-looking items elsewhere online does not necessarily mean they are the same product, materials, or quality.
We're also sorry to hear about the issue you experienced with the returns portal. That is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have. We always respond to customer inquiries, so it's possible that our reply may have been redirected to your spam or junk folder.

The jewelry is very beautiful and cheap
However, it is no way or shape waterproof. Both my find and necklace lost all color within a few weeks, and the necklace also quickly lost pearls
