Updated - Bearing Basement is still awesome!
*Edit* Bearing Basement contacted me immediately and started working on getting the shipment on its way, even though it's not their fault. Love dealing with this company, they've always had amazing customer service! **
No issues with Bearing Basement at all, but huge issues with UPS being the carrier as I still have not received this shipment. It is being held in limbo since June 5 with no end in sight for resolution. It would be great to have an option of shipping companies for international shipments as I would choose anyone but UPS.

Hi, thanks for the review. In the order complete email you recieved you will also find the FedEx tracking number for your order. If you have not already checked it please do so and you will see that the order was shipped without delay. As the order was placed after 7.30pm on the Friday it was shipped on Monday the 9th. You selected the FedEx economy option which is marked as 3 -5 business days from date of shipping with Monday the 16th being the 5th buiness day. So while we would have liked you to have received the order by now, it is not yet late and outside of our stated delivery times. I have checked the tracking information and the order does seem to have been delayed at the airport. While we find FedEx to be a reliable service I am sure you will appreciate that once we ship the goods on time, it is then out of our control and we have to rely on our shipping partners to do their job correctly. If the tracking information does not change and your order is not out for delivery by Monday, I will contact FedEx and email you directly any updates and how we plan to get this sorted to your satisfaction as quickly as possible.
