Mailed returns back in the time frame on 2/14.I sent documentation to show that it had been mailed. It has set in customs 5 months. I have reached out to them several times. Now, they tell me they can't refund me because it has been too long. This company is a rip off. My total order was 110.00. I paid 35.00 to return.

I ordered 2 cute sundresses for a trip. The website stated they would arrive July 2 at the latest. (Ordered 7 days in advance). They were SHIPPED July 2 & I don't receive in time for my trip. Wanted to keep one and return the other and it costs $35 to return a $35 dress bc it's from China. Very low quality material and they gave me a 10% r refund and had me keep the dress. Looks great online but very cheap cotton material. I don't recommend.

I recently purchased a swimsuit and was extremely pleased with it. The quality of the fabric is excellent: it is soft to the touch, durable and dries quickly. Shipping was very slow and communication in relation to delivery is poor. Once I received the item, it was really cheaply made - so disappointing.
I won't be ordering from them again.

Horrible quality. Basically no return policy ad you have to pay yourself to ship it back to China. Was in an opened package obviously already returned from someone else when I got the item. No thanks, I don't want 10% back or to pay $35 to ship back to China. Item was ugly, cheap, and not as pictured.

This companies return policy is ridiculous. They give you 15 days, no exceptions. I received the product with no invoice or receipt and no return instructions. I had to email them to get instructions. When they emailed me back, was past the deadline. No exceptions. I will not do business with them going forward. The items are cute but very cheaply made.

There’s so many amazing selections on their website, and I found a swimsuit with the most perfect fit! The shipping was quick, and it came just in time for my event.

I ordered a dress & bikini and they were both amazing quality and true to size!

My wife brought some items and found the fabric horrible and the sizing not good. She opted for a full return which cost over $35.00 as it had to go to China.
They claim it never arrived so got $0 refund. 6 months later it arrived back here with a china stamp. I shared photos with company and tried again for refund. All they could say was that is bad luck, customs must have returned it???
They then had the cheak to ask if I wanted to try and sent it back again, another $35 to same address in China. You have to be kidding…They take no responsibility for their products…
DO NOT BUY FROM this company they are FRAUDULENT..

It's hard for me to give this company even a one. I sent a package back on February 14th, over 5 months ago. I still haven't gotten a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY...LOCATED IN CHINA!

I love this store too much! it is full of many fashionable, quality items at truly accessible prices! plus the shipping is super fast and the package arrives at home well packaged. customer service is also great. very kind and helpful. It is a shop that I absolutely recommend.

I would give negative stars if that was an option. Do not believe the “free return” they claim. You cannot return. They ship from a US warehouse but you are not allowed to return to that. If you want to return they require you to ship to China which costs more than you paid for the clothes. They offer you a choice of $40 to keep everything or they will ship you 2 free items. If those options do not work you need to pay to ship it back to China knowing full well that no one will do that. The clothes are cheap which I had anticipated but the sizing is completely off and the items look nothing like the pictures on the website. I have ordered from other companies like this and had a good experience. This one is the worst. Will not be buying again.

The worst ever. DO NOT order from them. Customer service is horrible. Clothing is poor quality, sizing is way off and to return, you have to send to China. The cost to return to
China is 3-4 times the cost of the actual item. Customer service does not work with you. You can’t talk to anyone. It’s all done via email . I have been in the customer service for 40 years and if the company I worked for treated my clients the way this client does, they would have been out of business years ago and as the employee, I would have been out of a job years ago. Do yourself a favor, save your money and DO NOT order from them

My experience with the Brand was incredible, I loved the clothes that I received, and I would definitely order again because of the incredible designs they have❤️
