I am extremely disappointed with the “service “provided for an oven and BBQ clean.
The cleaner concerned arrived on the morning unaware that he was cleaning an oven in addition to the BBQ.
He proceeded to prepare to clean the BBQ , spending much time on his phone, I assume to let his manager know “how bad it was” .
The fact is he didn’t know how to clean the BBQ and didn’t want to complete the job. This would explain his disappearance without even a word to us.
We even phoned the central number to enquire whether he had finished or was on his lunch break!
The BBQ was left in pieces and the oven hardly touched.
We looked to a professional cleaning company to clean our items as we assumed they would have the necessary equipment to carry out the job. Instead we were recommended cleaning stuff from Coles!
Follow up customer service has been very poor, I feel they were screening calls as other feedback has noted to avoid talking to me
I would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND this company for ANY cleaning services.

I strongly urge others not to use this company. My experience has been extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable from start to finish.
I booked an end-of-lease clean, and from the outset, the process was chaotic. The company rescheduled my booking twice, causing significant inconvenience.
I was quoted $555 for 7 hours of work, which was meant to include a full unit clean, carpet cleaning, and the balcony. I was informed the cleaner would arrive at 10:30am. However, when I attended the property at 3:00pm, no one was there.
The cleaning that was supposedly completed was grossly inadequate. The following tasks were not done at all:
Kitchen bench not cleaned
Laundry not cleaned
No sweeping or vacuuming of floors
No mopping of floors
Carpets not vacuumed or washed
Windows not cleaned
Balcony not cleaned
To make matters worse, my brand-new cleaning supplies were taken. When I requested their return, they were dumped back in a pink rubbish bag, with empty bottles and debris from a dirty vacuum cleaner poured over them, and left in my letterbox. This behaviour is completely unacceptable.
When I attempted to resolve the issue, my calls were repeatedly hung up on once they realised it was me. I have spent over 2.5 hours on the phone trying to address this matter, with no resolution. They have refused to provide any refund.
As a result, I was forced to clean the property myself and hire a carpet cleaner at my own expense.
Please be very cautious when dealing with this company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them under any circumstances.

I would strongly caution anyone considering using BCIC Bond Cleaning for an end-of-lease clean.
From the beginning, there was clear misinformation about what was included in the service. I specifically asked for clarification prior to booking and was assured certain items were covered — only to be told on the day that they were not, and that I would need to pay extra. This felt misleading and put me in a very difficult position under time pressure.
The cleaners arrived two hours late without proper communication, which immediately set the tone for the day. The standard of cleaning itself was not what I would expect for a professional end-of-lease service. Several areas were not completed to an acceptable standard.
Customer service was extremely poor. On the day of the clean, when issues arose, I attempted to call the company multiple times and was unable to reach anyone. For a service that is critical to securing a bond refund, being uncontactable is simply unacceptable.
It is also worth noting that the company is based in Brisbane and appears to use subcontractors in Melbourne. This lack of local accountability was evident in how the situation was handled.
Overall, this experience was stressful, poorly managed, and far below professional standards. I would not use this company again.
Extremely disappointing end of lease cleaners
Extremely disappointing end of lease clean. Paid for 5 hours; cleaners were onsite for approximately 3 hours.
Communication throughout was poor. They initially advised they would arrive at 4pm on the day keys were due to be returned, which was completely impractical and added unnecessary stress to an already time-sensitive situation.
Before starting, the company emailed to remove the bond-back guarantee for the walls and oven. When I returned to the property, it was clear no attempt had been made to clean these areas at all. The oven was still greasy and sticky, and the walls had not been wiped down.
I purchased cleaning supplies myself and spent 2 additional hours cleaning. I was able to get the oven spotless and the wall marks wiped off easily — and I am not a professional cleaner.
Paid for 5 hours, received 3, no bond-back guarantee, and had to finish the job myself. Would not use again.
Awful communication from the management…
Awful communication from the management team. I booked 1 month in advance, was called unnecessarily over 10 times and each time they got the arrival time wrong. The cleaner arrived 2 hours late with zero communication and emails and calls left unanswered. Avoid!
End of lease clean
This cleaning company advertises bond back guarantee which is not what they delivered. We booked an end of lease clean for a large 3 bedroom townhouse. Two cleaners were supposed to attend but only one turned up so told us he needed to return the following day (understandable). Then we got confirmation the same evening that the clean was completed. When our agent did the final inspection there was a list of items that weren’t cleaned properly or at all. We arranged for the company to return to correct the issues and finish some items. However, even after the second visit our agent still arranged an alternative cleaner because there were still outstanding items. We provided BCIC with a itemised invoice and photos from the other cleaners to organise a partial refund. Despite this, BCIC refused to process any refunds due to lack of evidence.

NEGATIVE STARS! The worst company I have ever done business with. I do not usually write review however I wish to warn others not to use this company after a complete breach of service. I ended ip spending 6hours cleaning after our bond clean & a reclean. Our experience with this service was highly unsatisfactory and has caused significant inconvenience and distress.

Amazing job. Carpet clean was spectacular. Bond clean itself was great. Passed inspection. Customer service was great. Double checked with me on the day in person about specifics. Was able to add an extra service in on the day which really helped me out. Great team and gets the job done!

Buyer beware
Be prepared to be told on the day of cleaning that your premises are extremely dirty and will require several additional hours to clean (irrespective of the actual state). You will be given the choice to pay extra on top of the agreed amount, or to forfeit the additional service and have your final invoice state that your premises were very dirty. Buyer beware.

They will take your $600 for an end of lease clean and not clean a single thing if they know they can get away with it. When you call them, they say they will return calls, they don't so you end up having to ring back multiple times, tell the same story over and over, speaking to people who read off a script with no common sense or ability to reason. Beyond bad customer service. There's no way to escalate or talk to someone who will actually help because this is their business model. Absolutely appalling.
Nothing had been cleaned for what they had been paid for and when I requested that they just come back and clean the carpets only, they blamed their contractor and said that they can't get them to come back.
For a end of lease clean, the bathroom walls were covered in dust and grime, the tub had grime everywhere, the kitchen exhaust hadn't been touched, the splashback was oily, food splatter above the cooktop, and inside a cupboard had huge marks from a spill that hadn't been cleaned. To top it off, the carpets hadn't been vacuumed, let alone steam cleaned. They even feel dirty under your feet. I emailed them photos and they still wanted to dispute the fact they had actually done what they had been paid to do.
Their invoice also uses a name and ABN that don't match up.

Do not use this company. They rescheduled several times then cancelled on the day, causing stress and inconvenience.
I booked 9 days out, aiming to schedule prior to a carpet steam clean and around open homes.
I was originally scheduled for 9am on the Thursday, allowing plenty of time for the 5 hour clean. I rang on the Tuesday to confirm they were coming and was advised the cleaner would ring me the day before to confirm time.
Late on Wednesday I received a call to say they would now arrive 3 pm Thursday. I expressed concern that a 5 hr clean would leave us into the night, and was assured that there would be several cleaners and that it would only be a couple of hours.
On Thursday I received a call to say that there had been a problem and that they would need to reschedule to 9am Friday . I advised that we had an open home at 12 noon, and was advised that there would be 5 cleaners and they would be done in an hour.
On Friday morning I was advised that a cleaner was sick (presumably all 5!) and could they reschedule. I advised it had to be done that morning or we would cancel. They said they would ring around and call me back in 10 min. They rang back 3 hours later, ie. 1 1/2 hrs before the open home to tell me they would cancel and provide a refund.
Overall 4/5 stars would use again.
They collected and delivered the keys back to the real estate so that was good. I didn’t see the finished clean but it passed inspection without issue so that’s good too. There were a couple of things that I could have understood better were extras, like carpets and the oven. However I was kept well informed and they were on time.
