Had to wait two weeks for a product…
Had to wait two weeks for a product which I bought. When buying the product it showed as in stock but received an email to inform me that there was no stock. Don't sell something you don't have.

They use couriers please
They use couriers please! A well known useless courier service that has taken over a week to deliver my small package. They charge what Aus post would charge (trust me in know what they charge) and use this cheaper courier that just loves to lose packages (had it b4 from other companies that use this indian mob). You claim your Australian business but when the customer calls, you get someone from overseas. So your not just a small business from Seaford at all. Very deceptive. The products i ordered are readilly available in many other online retailers. They are now getting my business from now on. See ya.

After talking to a sales person it has been sorted out and returned to have them send out the correct size thanks again on your fast response 👍
