BBQ Model Jupiter absolutely brilliant
BBQ Model Jupiter absolutely brilliant. Delivered on a pallet it was perfectly packed. Assembly and supporting instructions excellent. Such a pleasure to eventually switch on and go for our first BBQ. This was our 2nd Outback, the first model lasted over 12 years. We just wanted a more current model.All boxes ticked.

Not for the faint hearted
Not for the faint hearted. Assembly took me over two hours.
This is the second Outback bbq I have purchased. The first one lasted nearly 10 years and was brilliant - just hope that the latest acquisition last as long. So far so good.

The BBQ is of excellent quality
The BBQ is of excellent quality and really works well, however, it would very difficult to assemble for two people as one person needed to hold the heavy top section in place whilst the other secured to the base with the screws. Really a three person job and the instructions for assembly could have been clearer.

I was looking for a regulator and hose…
I was looking for a regulator and hose for my Outback BBQ and found on this website there was one for free. I needed a cover for it too. Bought the cover But the regulator never arrived. After phoning advised that it was website issue, no apology for the disappointment. The cover is good, but dissatisfied with the service.

Never got my delivery on time
Never got my delivery on time. Was Monday delivery, waited in all day to be told it will be Tuesday, Tuesday came and went, to be told it will be Wednesday. Disappointed and angry waiting around.
Bbq us OK, easy to put together. Feel let down over all.
