Great service and great value
Great service and great value. Ordered a new cover for our 15 year old outback BBQ which is still going strong. Slight hiccup with it being out of stock but it still arrived in 2 days so well impressed all round. A very happy customer here and would definitely recommend.

Forget to dispatch the BBQ ,even though…
Forget to dispatch the BBQ ,even though we paid for a extact day. Only when we called to question the delivery did they realise it hadn't been dispatched.
We also purchased a rotisserie which we were informed after payment it wasn't in stock , but would be dispatched within 3 days , 3 weeks later I requested a refund.
Overall the Bbq is a good product customer service is very poor.

Good unit let down with instructions
Good unit and well made, unfortunately the instructions aren't that great,some components are incorrectly marked. The use of the correct spanners are needed as adjustable spanner doesn't fit in where needed, so 8mm, 10mm and 17mm are required and a long shafted Philips/crosshead screwdriver is a must... Take care not to over tighten screws as adjustments maybe needed 👍
