Overall, I found the service disappointing. Throughout the sale of my house, the process felt unnecessarily slow, which caused a great deal of frustration and stress.
There were occasions when I was unable to complete paperwork because I was waiting for information or guidance, and communication was poor. Phone calls often went unanswered, and replies to emails were not always prompt, leaving me unsure of what was happening with my sale.
I appreciate that conveyancing can sometimes take time, but I felt better communication and more proactive updates would have made a significant difference. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations, and I would be reluctant to use this solicitor again.

BBH were able to pick up and navigate through an existing, ongoing and complex situation. They did this in an effective and professional manner through to its ultimate satisfactory conclusion keeping me fully informed throughout.

Overall, I had a positive experience with BBH Legal Services LTD. Monika and her team were professional, knowledgeable and everything was handled efficiently. There was an initial communication hiccup in the early stages but once that was addressed by the team, it was smooth sailing afterwards. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable conveyancing service.

The initial few weeks were very difficult as the person who dealt with us was very forgetful and I don't really want to say this, but he was useless. I was on holiday in Spain and ended up having to call him because it was starting to impact me holiday. I was getting numerous emails about the Credas and in the end I phoned. I was told that the Credas was going out to me automatically, but he would put it on hold until I was back from holiday on a Wednesday. On my return I waited, and I waited. In the end I phoned and this person didn't have a clue what I was on about, yet I'd spoken to him whilst in Spain, he was totally clueless. My ex husband would call him after sending important documents signed by us both, he made sure by phone that the documents had arrived which was confirmed as a yes, but when we were getting emails about documents we had sent and it had been confirmed by phone, this same person who spoke to my ex husband, was clueless and said he didn't have them, this happened on numerous occasions.
By the time it went to the next stage we were relieved, but documents sent were still not showing up. I would get emails with documents, some emails had the documents added and some didn't. I kept all correspondence and it seemed that BBH end were sending emails that documents weren't attached, I send screenshots, but also there were emails that I did have and it was me who didn't see them. I kept in touch with my ex husband and always asked him what he had via email as we were copied in together and he wasn't getting the attachments either...
Apart from all the above everything was good. If I needed to call, my calls were always picked up, so were easily to get hold of, and always friendly and helpful.
Would I use them again? Yes. I would, it wasn't all bad at all, just frustrating sometimes...

I have a mortgage with Barclays. At close to the last minute my solicitors were
dropped from Barclays panel as a result of errors at the Barclays end of things.
My completion went through OK but a second firm had to be instructed to look after
Barclays interests.
From what I can gather, Barclays will not answer calls or respond to emails from my
solicitors.

It would be more helpful if you only deal with one person. Also if things need to be signed or you need a written statement from someone. You should print and send them my mail with a return envelope. Not everyone has access to a printer.

BBH Legal Services were excellent they supported with my home purchase, they were knowledgeable, professional and responsive.
