I Realy like the Designs and the quality of the cases.
The one thing that bothered me a litte was that it Took very Long to arrive. But i got some Emails which explained why it Took so Long. That was good for me to know.

The quality is very good, I really love my new cases.
Unfortunately I had to wait a lot for the cases but the customer service was really kind and answered all of my question, kept me updated.

I loved the product, really happy with the quality. However the delivery took longer than expected.

Although some issues were experienced with the delivery, there was always clear and open communication. And the products were worth the wait: fancy, qualitative and not overpriced.

I ordered a phone case as a gift but there was an error and got the wrong case but I sent an email about it and they immediately helped me. Their customer service is amazing! The company is resending me the phone case for the right phone and I do not have to pay for any of it. I really love this website and would definitely order again! Because even though the case was for the wrong phone, it was really pretty and was good quality.

The phone cases are beautiful and of good quality. Due to black friday it took a while before the order was delivered, but I was neatly kept informed of the delay.

Many beautiful designs, you can't choose. Super good quality.

Shipment takes some time, especially if ordered during a promotional period. Not a big issue, but good to know.

With the new case for my iPhone 17 pro with MagSafe it does feel a bit bulky at first, but after a week of using it doesn’t bother me anymore.

Will recommend and will probably order again! ❤️

Good quality case

I loved the cases I order, really good material and lovely designs, but I was a little disappointed with the delivery time (3 weeks).

The shipping duration was 3 weeks, I thought it was evry long, but the case looks exactly like on the website. I'm really happy with it.

Quality is very good, it did take a while to get it but it was still perfectly on time

I am super happy with this cover. I bought 3 cover those are in good quality and looks premium. I am giving 4 star because of the delivery time , it took too much time.

The processing of the order and the delays were very long (18 days).
Baxxis took time to inform that the deadlines would be extended, no commercial gesture was made which I find a shame.
Despite everything, customer service is available and I am satisfied with the quality of the case.
But avoid sending promotional emails if you can't manage the order flow, it's very frustrating and doesn't make you want to repeat an order.

The phone cases I ordered are beautiful, very tough and very protective. I have purchased 6 cases already and I love each and every one of them ✨

Baxxis phone cases exceeded my expectations. Cases are durable, stylish, and exactly as described. Customer service was professional and very supportive throughout the order. I appreciate their dedication and would gladly recommend them to others.
