Very cute and stylish, and nice quality. But a bit long delivery time🙈

The quality of the cases are great! I LOVE them. The shipping took a bit longer than expected but it had to be delivered to another country so i dont blame them.

As a first time customer I loved the quality right away. The prices are a bit cheaper than other brands, which is a huge plus if the quality is still this good. I needed help from their customer support team and they were very helpful, kind and accommodating. Will order from them again for sure!!

The designs are really nice and the quality is really good also! With the offer of "Buy 2 get 4" it is very interesting.
The time to receive the order was a bit long but I received a partial refund of the order so the customer service is super great as I didn't ask for it :)

Great phone cases and great customer service as well. I emailed them to ask about a return possibility and they responded within a day. Obsessed with the phone cases I received and the quality is amazing. Only thing about the returns is that you do have to cover the costs for that yourself. But overall, I had a great experience with Baxxis!

Great smartphone cases at a good price. Very solid and sturdy cases that can easily compete with a more expensive brand I previously had. Shipping does take a bit longer, though. However, after contacting customer service, I received an additional discount on top of the “buy 4, pay for 2” deal because of the delay. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality of the cases.

I recently ordered phone cases from Baxxis and I am very happy with my purchase.

The delivery took quite a long time (about one month and two weeks), which was a bit disappointing at first. However, the customer service was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. They even resent my order and offered a partial refund, which I really appreciated.

When the phone cases finally arrived, they were absolutely worth the wait. They fit perfectly and the quality is excellent. The designs are also very beautiful.

Overall, I had a positive experience thanks to their good customer service, and I would consider ordering from them again in the future (hopefully with a faster delivery next time).

it took almost 4 weeks to deliver my cases when it was supposed to be just like 1 and 1/2 weeks so that was kinda sad

I ordered 4 phone cases (2 for me, 2 for my friend) and I have had a great experience so far! We got a matching animal phone case and our phones look so cute together :) My phone feels very protective now, and I even dropped it pretty heavily on some concrete a couple days ago and not a single scratch luckily😅 The only issue I would say was that the order took quite a while to come in, I waited about 3 weeks which was longer than I was expecting. But I got a really nice email about the delay, and by the time the cases got to me I was really pleased about them! So all in all, a very pleasant experience ;)
