The order arrived incomplete with one…
The order arrived incomplete with one item being not yet in stock. The fit of the rest of the order was inconsistent and so I kept only one item and had to return the rest. Over two weeks later I still haven’t had my refund. This is unacceptable and will put me off ordering again.

I did my order on the phone…the girl…
I did my order on the phone…the girl was as helpful as possible but the size was a 6 so a bit small..I should have gone with an 8…it would have fitted better.
The delivery took a week…the van driver rang my bell & left the package on the doorstep! I gave a safe place too, it was ignored. I live in a house so he should have waited!
I was in at the time thank goodness) He didn’t wait for a second. Parcels are being snatched all the time…so he should have waited for me to open the door!
