I needed to sort out a double return of a ladies' top in different sizes that just would not fit. My issue was addressed remarkably quickly and smoothly by both Kat and Tors from Customer Service.

Both items were too big
Both items were too big - and I had checked the measurements online beforehand. It always seems that tops are too big and more fitted items, like dresses, are too small for me.
Also black top was cheapened by white zip.

The order arrived incomplete with one…
The order arrived incomplete with one item being not yet in stock. The fit of the rest of the order was inconsistent and so I kept only one item and had to return the rest. Over two weeks later I still haven’t had my refund. This is unacceptable and will put me off ordering again.
