Took my order,took my money,waited a few days and they told me the product I had just purchased was no longer available and would issue a full refund,waited for refund which didn't come, emailed to tell them to issue refund as I needed that money for a battery so I could get to work,only when I said I would leave a negative review did they do it,not good.

First time buyer and excellent service. Battery’s been used for a bath sling lift and the manufacturer wanted over £200 to replace the entire battery unit. However, the two small lead acid sealed batteries cost me £26.98 inc. vat. What a result !!
The excellent price, quick delivery and very well packaged means that they get 5***** well done.
