Product locations were labeled easy enough for me to figure out where the product is wanted was found. Updated, I didn't completely understand the product i purchased which led to me making assumptions.

For me, pump design didnt work well. They were good offering help, but for my body this did not work well. You do not get a full refund as you pay over 60 dollars to ship back to UK.
Helpful but did not work well.
Having.a.feature now for prepaid return did not help me, I still paid almost 70 dollars.
Your ad is Misleafing stating full return. There is not.

Beware of Bathmate
Whether the product is legit or not, I haven't got that far, yet. My problem is in their courier service. They use services like DHL and the Royal Mail. Non have a tracking system or customer services system worth buying the product. The company itself doesn't seem to care about the customer which makes me think this company is a scam company.
