Don’t understand why the overall rating sits at 3.5 stars when Androfill is widely regarded as one of the most trustworthy and reputable clinics in the UK for penile girth enhancement

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Dr Greta is a breath of fresh air and genuinely one of the kindest professionals you could hope to meet. She is exceptionally skilled, highly knowledgeable, and takes the time to make you feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. The results speak for themselves.

I’ll definitely be booking again later this year for additional filler. Dr Greta is the only person I trust for this treatment. If you’re considering the procedure, don’t hesitate, book with confidence!

Great service from walking Into reception to leaving. My doctor was called Greta extremely polite and knowledgeable on the whole process. Explained everything and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during the whole procedure. The results are great very happy 😁 the WhatsApp messaging prior to going was great also because the staff answer any questions you have or are worried about. I was nervous like any bloke would be going in but it's such a chilled environment it soon went away.

Update 5/7/25 in response to your reply the rate of absorption has not changed and i am pretty much at my original size, as stated in op i am not trying to dicredit your services but merely give a honest review of my experience. Before I get to the point I would like to say the customer service was impeccable, the whole process was very smooth and handled with the utmost discretion and professionalism you would want due to the sensitive nature of the procedure, greta and Francis are fantastic at what they do, having said that the results I have achieved are not what I had hoped for, I was always aware that the initial swelling would subside and was prepared for this, but nonetheless 5 weeks after my treatment my penis is only moderately larger than before the procedure, (before base= 6inch mid=5.2inch top= 5inch now base 6.1inch mid 5.8inch top 5.3inch) although there is a good improvement the rate at which this improvement is degrading is significant, I would expect to be back to my normal size in around 6 months, the expected half life ( the point at which you lose half your gains) is 12-18 months averagely, the rate at which my body is absorbing the HA I will reach half life in about 3-4 months, having read other reviews I can see I am a exception and by no means am I trying to deter anyone from this procedure but I feel my review is necessary as a fair and honest if not dissapointing experience should be documented, again the team were great but my results unfortunately have not been and i am unable to afford multiple top ups throughout the year so will have to accept my result.

After much contemplation about getting a penis filler, I now realise I should have opted for it earlier. Dr. Greta has truly mastered her craft, delivering exceptional results with her cannula technique that ensured a smooth and even finish, eliminating the need for post-procedure moulding, except for some minor adjustments after wearing tight supportive underwear which I was easily able to mould gently into the desired position following the aftercare guidelines. Opting for 20ml of Volux significantly enhanced both my flaccid length and girth, as well as my erect girth.

Despite my apprehension towards needles, the experience was surprisingly pain-free and felt more like a relaxing spa treatment than a clinical procedure.

The aesthetics of the Harley Street facility only added to the overall positive experience.

A special mention to Francis, whose invaluable advice and aftercare tips greatly contributed to my satisfaction with the procedure.

After having penis filler previously from another company Erectofill I was left disappointed with the look of it which caused me embarrassment as it looked quite deformed. I called Francis at Androfill clinic who explained that probably the injection technique was wrong or maybe the filler was lower quality cheap stuff or both. Dr Greta Peciulyte dissolved away the cheap filler and then 2 weeks later I returned to get new filler put in. The result this time is far superior. I cannot understand how there can be such a huge difference from one clinic to the other in terms of the result. I am so pleased with the result. I will never go anywhere else now that I know the procedure actually works fine when done properly.

My partner Matthew had the Androfill, and it has made such a difference to our sex lives. He has so much girth now it feels amazing inside. It has made him feel confident and sexier as well.

If you are considering this clinic, read this first. You will get my honest experience. Never felt so cheated. Worst experience ever. It started with a nice correspondence over the internet and they were very friendly. I come from abroad and therefore it had to be planned because its by plane. The day I arrived there are there where 2 very beautiful girls at the reception and asked i told them that I had an appointment with leading doctor, then they smiled crookedly and giggled. Very uncomfortable. I was told that the doctor has tried to contact me two days before to rescheduled our appointment. He wanted to move our appoitnment to later, and therefor i had to wait. This despite the fact that it was originally scheduled so I had plenty of time to catch my flight. I came back at the new time and still waited for 1 hour at the reception.
They send me to the second floor and the receptionist there mixed up names and she calls me in wrong and keeps asking in front of others in the waiting room what kind of surgery I'm having. Answered because I felt compelled that it was Filler treatment and it was clearly unpleasant in front of other patients (the clinic is one of many in the building and they share waiting rooms and receptionist). Unpleasant situation.
When leading doctor called me in. He was unusually arrogant and spoke very very fast. I told him several times that I didn't understand everything because he was talking fast, but he continued. He talked for like 4 minutes and asked me what i want. Nothing about what he recommend or nothing. The whole situation was very uncomfortable and there was so much information missing. He talked more about himself "I invented this treatment blah blah blah" than he gave me information about the treatment. Asked again he recommended I get 12ml of Voluma and charged me £2400. the procedure was like he is handling a dead chicking. very unpleasant. After, I was sent out feeling like I hadn't been given any information on what to do from here. and the actual experience with the filler treatment was bad. He never showed me what kind of filler he used or how much, or gave me, as his website says, a filler type slip with the type/name. I was not given antibiotics, but had to run to a street corner with a prescription.
I got home and was almost in a panic because I didn't know what to do. Wrote their phone number and received insufficient information on how to shape the filler. His employee asked me if I was mentally ill and had anxiety, although it was only about the fact that I had not been given information about anything, therefore I asked a lot. I wrote several times that something was wrong because the filler was not like in the instruction video, where you could see that his was much harder. Mine was more like liquid. They said it was normal.
Two weeks after the operation, when the swelling had disappeared, I wrote to them again the following.

"I made the procedure on the 6th of December, and the swelling have disappeared. Im not happy with the result. There is no difference from before the filler procedure. I didn't have unrealistic expectations, but no difference at all is not what i expected.
I wrote to you about a concern that I couldn't feel the filler after the procedure and that it was like liquid, and not like in the aftercare molding video where you could see that his result was different and more firm."

So here I am left £2400 poorer, a lot of pain and worry for 2 weeks, and an end result where there is no difference at all.

I cannot fault this company and Dr Horn. The procedure went super smooth the aftercare was exceptional and the results now after 60 days is phenomenal. i got the Ellanse E product and it is so much more superior (in my opinion) over HA products. I am very happy with the results and can't wait to get the top-up in June.

100% satisfied and the difference it has made to my own personal confidence and my partners satisfaction is game changing.

I've been using Androfill penis fillers since around 2017 and they have changed my relationship for the better.

Penis filler injections are easy enough to have and pretty effective at thickening the penis, however a little expensive. I have experimented with a number of toys and extension sleeves with my wife over a number of years as she responds well to extra thickness, however have always wished that it was my member rather than the sleeve adding that extra bit of girth. We treated this as an expensive addition to our bedroom repertoire and after an initial issue with the filler migrating it has lasted us well (over a year) and given the desired effect namely increasing the physical intensity of sex and ease at which my wife achieves a climax.
