No hassle experience, near immediate shipping, good shipping options. Would be nice to have a "save for later" in cart (which is different than Wish List, since Wish List items do not register sizing/color)

Although the boots I bought were a bit too tight for my feet, sorting out a replacement and then a refund has been an easy process. I spoke to a lovely person at the company who sorted me out and I can totally recommend these guys - it was just a shame the boots I chose weren't quite right for me!

The telephone helpline attendant was outstandingly attentive.
Her assurances ref shipping were more than met timeously and the price provided was fair.

We’ve been familiar with the ultralight outdoor site for a while now, so very interested to discover their sister site, specialising in the opposite end of the scale - solid, dependable and well made basecamp gear. All good stuff, just as carefully selected as the ultralight site, but with a different purpose. Nice to find so much of what we wanted in one place as well. We will be returning…

From the moment I placed the order, I realized I had made a mistake with the shoe size. I immediately submitted a request on your website (via the message center) asking to change the size. Unfortunately, I received no response. There was plenty of time to review my message, as the shoes were only shipped several days later.

I also sent an email and again received no reply. Even after you notified me that the shoes had shipped, I followed up with another message — but still, no one responded.

Your products seem great, but your customer service is very disappointing. I take responsibility for the initial mistake, but you had every opportunity to correct it — and simply chose to ignore my attempts to reach out.

As a result, I ended up with the wrong shoe size, and a very poor impression of your customer support.

I paid for a shirt, it arrived as expected. No trouble at all.

Some confusion. Thought i was buying medium weight socks but turned out they were light weight. Looked again at the info for the product on the site and found in one place it says medium weight, in another, light weight. Dispatch was also a little slow. Otherwise a good experience.
