Great company
I ordered a special glass sliding door lock. The lock arrived quickly and well packed. My customer was so happy to able to lock the main entrance safely within a few days.

Ordered gate lock
Ordered gate lock, 2 days later received phone call (missed it) then email to say the lock was unavailable due to supplier going out of business. Rang Barrier Components who apologised for not being able to supply the lock, they recommended another lock or offered a refund. Discussed alternative lock with them and they were really helpful so went with their recommendation. Two days later new lock arrived, fitted and works great.
Cannot thank Barrier Components enough for their help and advice, their customer service is fantastic. Will definitely shop with them again.
