The house was just great, we had all we needed, it was very clean and the contact person was helpful every time we needed assistance. The house provides access to the gym and a jacuzzi which made our winter visit more enjoyable. Thank you Baron Holiday Homes.

Perfect location for a quite getaway. The house was clean, very nice and cosy especially for a winter break. The stove in the living room helped to create that cosy feeling especially when the weather outside was really bad. This property is prt friendly and it made it easier for us to have a family break. Tracey, our host was lovely, there for us in case we needed help without being invasive. We highly recommend Baron Holiday Homes.

We spent two weeks in a Baron villa in Gozo (Sannat).

The villa was lovely:
Clean and tidy
Very spacious
Great facilities (swimming pool and jacuzzi)
Quiet
Great food suggestions from the host
Lots to do on Gozo and Malta main island

We had the most amazing holiday. The villa was outstanding and perfect for a family who all need their own space, the layout was perfect! We were a 10 minute walk from a lovely Piazza where the restaurants were fantastic! Perfect for thos who enjoy something a bit special, whilst still catering for those (my kids) who just wanted beautifully prepared pizza and pasta. We were met at the villa by Veerle, A Baron Holiday representative - who was also available through Whatsapp whilst we were in Malta. We cannot thank you enough - this holiday was just what we needed.

Veerle was excellent and very helpful. It is the third time we are staying in Cassetta Menzja and it is ideal since we have elderly persons with us.
I wish to suggest one small thing. Pls check the safety tyer of the pool as I guess it is damaged and it someone needs it in an emergency it will be of no use.

We were very pleased; the house was large, spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Communication was very quick and pleasant.

The property was comfortable, modern, and very clean. All amenities were provided and well catered for, with a well-equipped kitchen and washing facilities. The property had a lovely terrace too. BUT, the area is very noisy with a diving shop right beneath the property, making it impossible to have an afternoon nap (kept waking up the kid!) due to the noise coming from their facilities, including: shouting, banging of objects on the floor, and cleaning their equipment!.

Amazing, spacious property - great communication - just 5 stars all over - if we ever travel to Gozo again, we'll most def be using these guys and wanting this villa - so spacious!

It was a perfect getaway ❤️ the rooms were clean, we were provided with 2 towels, detergent, washing machine, iron and ironboard.

We had a very bad start at another place, thank god you were available and rescued our holiday. The area is so nice and quiet. Great place to calm down and relax. 100% recommend.

We had an overall very good experience at the farmhouse. The place is lovely and comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay. The only downsides were that the sofa could use replacing as it’s quite low, not very comfortable, and a bit worn out. Also, the power went off several times during the night, likely due to the electrical system being overloaded. Other than that, everything was great and we had a wonderful time.

Ants on kitchen cupboards, kitchen window cannot be fully open due to tab height, bathroom net thorn been like that for three years, window leading to garden with no hinge dangerous to fall off, 1 key only given to main door.

The accommodation was really good, clean and tidy. The only reoccurring issue is there is no secure place to leave luggage. Check out is at 10 but we had an evening flight. All other accommodations we have stayed at via air bnb provide somewhere to leave luggage until you leave.

Lovely villa and great amenities. Had a prompt response to a small issue that was dealt with the same day. Villa was immaculately clean and no hidden extras .

Was a great location for us and the perfect base for a family of 5.
