We booked this stay for something a bit whimsical, and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed, free, and at peace. Everything was perfect. Warm hospitality, great service, and a beautiful, spotless place.

10/10, we’d definitely come back!

The photos of the house accurately reflected the property. It is spacious, fully equipped with all comforts, and very pleasant to stay in, especially for groups.
It is somewhat inconvenient to reach the island’s main harbor, but it is definitely an oasis of peace and tranquility. The booking process was easy and clear.

Nice place, with a great host

Have stayed several times before but a few basic issues still remain. Overused kettle which needs to be changed for a new one, heavy noise from ac compressor, no showergel provided in showers, lack of extra towels, fireplace without any closure letting some smoke trapped inside the openplan area.

Lovely, quiet, clean, and very spacious location. It includes a washing machine, dishwasher, and a fully equipped kitchen. Each room has a bathroom. The windows are fitted with mosquito screens. This is our second visit and we will definitely return. Baron responds promptly to messages and is very helpful. It's a great organization.

Had an amazing stay at Dream by Hamlet - no complaints at all. The kitchen was very well stocked and easily catered for our group of 16. We visited during peak Malta winter, so the outdoor pools felt like a cold plunge, but this paired perfectly with the indoor hot tub. The house was beautiful, set in a lovely location, and truly felt like a period drama set. Staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

This is a lovely house - warm and welcoming and ideal for a family to spend time together. I visited in winter but summer time would be just as beautiful!

The farmouse we rented over New Year in Gharb was overall nice and in a great peaceful location.

The limestone walls are in need of a coat of linseed oil as the limestone dust was constanty coming off falling on the floor and furniture.

The amenities found where basic at best. Very small soap bars that were used up very quickly, very small diswashing liquid which ran out the day before we checked out, enough diswashing and washming machine pods to use once a day.

We also bought extra toilet paper as it wasn't going to last, not to mention basic condiments like salt and pepper. Thank goodness we had the foresight to bring some basic items with us.

Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

The house was just great, we had all we needed, it was very clean and the contact person was helpful every time we needed assistance. The house provides access to the gym and a jacuzzi which made our winter visit more enjoyable. Thank you Baron Holiday Homes.

We like the area location and the farmhouse as it is. The premises are quite clean as well.

Checkout could improve to 11am

Perfect location for a quite getaway. The house was clean, very nice and cosy especially for a winter break. The stove in the living room helped to create that cosy feeling especially when the weather outside was really bad. This property is prt friendly and it made it easier for us to have a family break. Tracey, our host was lovely, there for us in case we needed help without being invasive. We highly recommend Baron Holiday Homes.

We spent two weeks in a Baron villa in Gozo (Sannat).

The villa was lovely:
Clean and tidy
Very spacious
Great facilities (swimming pool and jacuzzi)
Quiet
Great food suggestions from the host
Lots to do on Gozo and Malta main island

Highly recommended.

We had the most amazing holiday. The villa was outstanding and perfect for a family who all need their own space, the layout was perfect! We were a 10 minute walk from a lovely Piazza where the restaurants were fantastic! Perfect for thos who enjoy something a bit special, whilst still catering for those (my kids) who just wanted beautifully prepared pizza and pasta. We were met at the villa by Veerle, A Baron Holiday representative - who was also available through Whatsapp whilst we were in Malta. We cannot thank you enough - this holiday was just what we needed.

Veerle was excellent and very helpful. It is the third time we are staying in Cassetta Menzja and it is ideal since we have elderly persons with us.
I wish to suggest one small thing. Pls check the safety tyer of the pool as I guess it is damaged and it someone needs it in an emergency it will be of no use.
