Exceptional 6 out of 5, really

BRILLIANT. GREAT service. GREAT prices. QUALITY work, OEM parts, FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL staff and management. Go the extra mile. When I was unsure if Halfords had previously fitted a new cam belt in 2023 (the receipt was ambiguous), Emerson went and contacted his friend at Halfords to find out.

They were under half the price of the local main VW garage for my susoensions needs and fit OEM parts.

PS Emerson called me before he started work to say the bushes were OK for at leact another year / 20,000 miles in his opinion, that they were fine for the next MOT and likely the one after.
