After some issues with my first purchase, this was quickly and efficiently dealt with, due to the excellent customer service I decided to give Bark and Jack a second chance, this time all worked out great, nice soft comfortable strap, perfect colour and quick delivery, I would also say the strap length is ideal for anyone who has a larger wrist.
