Great products at an affordable price

Such a quick delivery from the UK to Aus, I thought I’d be waiting for a couple of weeks but no, there was my box 3 days later with all my products waiting for me to use them!
Love them all I now have a new skin regime ❤️

Pretty disappointed in the quality

I was so looking forward to trying her products, having followed her reviews on other products for a long time.
I have purchased the Antioxidant, the Retinoid 2 and the Light Moisturiser and have been disappointed with all of them.
I found the Antioxidant made my skin so shiny that I could only use it at night which kind of defeats the purpose as it's supposed to protect against damage from the sun!
The Retinoid 2 was meh - no improvement in my skin texture or tone and it smelt weird. After a while I got used to the smell, but it wasn't pleasant as it smelt a bit like stale vomit to begin with (sorry, just being honest for those who have a sensitivity to smell).
The Light Moisturiser was ok, but still left my skin with a sheen which is not what I want. I have oily, combination skin and the last thing I want from a moisturiser is something that adds to the shine that I will inevitably get during the day anyway.
Sorry to say this, but the price point and the efficacy of the products left me feeling utterly disappointed and I won't be repurchasing. It's such a shame for someone who prides herself on her product knowhow.

Go elsewhere- not worth the hassle

I ordered a kit for 175£ on 5th October 25 - as it never arrived and I didn’t have the courtesy of a response from customer services I began a dispute through my credit card. Eventually CH responded to apologise, offer a replacement then a refund if I stopped the dispute. As I’d had my money back I declined, only to find that they are defending the dispute saying the kit is being processed- 7 weeks later
The customer services are a complete shower and I am wasting hours sending email evidence to the credit card. Appalling way to treat their customers
Thank you for your response- however the emails that you have sent me certainly didn’t indicate that you were fighting my dispute and led me to believe that we had settled the issue. I was shocked to find this isn’t the case and have submitted the evidence. If you check your own tracking system you’ll see the item hasn’t been delivered. The reviews on this site that are negative are all regarding your customer service- very poor show

Customer service not customer focused

Am a returning customer without any issues before. Bought the latest kit- got email from RM saying they were expecting it from SR. 7 days later no update. Emailed to ask for update. 2 days later advised they would investigate. After further pushing- I am still out of pocket. Supposed to have been resent 2 days ago- but no email confirmation still. Skin rocks have sat with my cash (nearly 200 quid) for 2 weeks now

Jeepers

Jeepers. I have been trying to contact this company.
Four emails and zero response.
Advice…do NOT attempt their contact page on their app.

Great product. Complete rubbish after service.
