Great shoes and always great service.

About a week later the package arrived and it was both pairs which i absolutely love. the Active 3.0 run slightly long, but overall happy with the experience and product

I loved the first pair I got and was surprised at how many people commented on how stylish they were. I bought a second pair in a different color pattern. First ones were predominantly red with black. The second paid had mostly black with white mixed in. Unfortunately, the original pair, that I wore the most, fell apart at the sole and I threw them out. They only lasted about 14 months and that’s the only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5.

A couple of months ago I ordered my first pair of Barestep, eek was so excited. Received the pair & they didn't fit. The exchange process was very smooth. But the replacement pair I received was still the wrong size. The customer service team were amazing in handling my complaint and making arrangements for the replacement pair to be delivered. There was another problem, the replacement was also the wrong size. My issue had highlighted a QC concern on Barestep end. However, throughout this process I was kept up to date and even offered an additional pair at no extra cost. I can honestly say this has been the best customer service I've experienced from a company proud of their brand. I love my shoes and have just recently purchased a 2 for one special for my ever-growing teenage son. He is thrilled and excited to share in the Barestep experience. They truly are the most comfortable shoes and offer an incredible service. Thank you Barestep for honouring your brand and having such wonderful service and polite team. I will certainly continue to recommend your product.

I have now worn the barefoot shoes for some days. I am very happy with them, especially since they accommodate my broad feet comfortably. I do find my feet sweat in them quite a bit, but I do sweat more than most people, and I simply use foot powder.

I was sceptical at 1st to buy a shoe the 1st version that came out but over the time I got used to the shoe wearing it daily, found it very comfortable only issue was the holes at the bottom of the shoe on the 1st version, during rain it should get my socks wet. Now I ordered this new version that has just released. I personally love the shoes. They are comfortable.

Great shoes - I can already feel the difference during my workouts. The sizing issues with the shoes & shipping dept (having to pay for returns when there are genuine issues with the shoes - isnt cool. The overnight shipping on first purchase is fantastic but disappointing that it doesnt carry through for follow up purchases and returns. Lastly, why are some shipped in boxes with carry bags and some in plastic sleeves???) Otherwise - great product 👌 and great response time by the team.

I have recently started wearing bare foot shoes and love them. The ones from BARESTEP are a great price and easy to slip on and off. I have to remind myself to wear my other shoes
I bought 2 pairs for my son also. He was super keen after seeing mine.

These shoes are the best thing I’ve worn in a long time. They are very comfortable and easy to get on and off. I started wearing them roughly three months ago and they become more comfortable each day.

That when I was ordering my shoes I was also looking for the basic inserts which were out of stock and not expected for some time. The customer service person, Kayla, worked with me to find a satisfactory solution with the ortho inserts. So I salute you on your customer service. Also the website for ordering was easy to navigate.

Well I bought the summer shoes and they are so comfortable. My lower back pain is pretty much gone. I decided I’d get a winter pair for me and my Hubby. They are awesome and feel so good. We get lots of compliments on them.
