I still have not received my order that was placed on 27/12/2025. No feedback on delays this is bad service

Helpful when i had enquiry and responded swiftly. I was kept updated on the process and updated on shipping and courier process the whole time. I received the shoes on time and the product is really good and is exactly as it is advertised and what you expected. I would recommend this shoes to anyone.

I messed up two orders and your support people made it all correct …,service is astounding. And, I have had ugly wide toes all of my life …. Your shoes make walking so comfortable.

Please stay away; they will take your money, and you won't hear from them again. I have been waiting for my shoes for over two months, and every time I send an email to find out where the shoes are, I receive an automated response stating that they have been shipped. There is no way to phone or contact them, they don't care about their customers, they WILL steal your money, please stay away!

I have found the Barestep shoes very comfortable and wear them 90% of the time.

I ordered my first pair of barefoot shoes in August 2025 and loved them from Day 1. They are comfortable and have improved my knee and hip pain. I never wear anything else now. I bought a couple of pair for my daughter for Christmas and now she loves them too!

Please note, I am extremely disappointed that after my first order attached was confirmed, the system then has a count down timer, requesting further information of my order, but instead its deceiving me to purchase another shoe – which occurred below. After me sending the email within 1hr of me purchasing to request they cancel they second debit order - nothing was done.

I have submitted a return request - still waiting further instructions. This return is based on the following:

• The Size guide listed on your website is incorrect, attached word document in which I have screen shot to provide proof:
o I selected Women SA7 which is EU39. What arrived is EU40. There is no other Women SA6 to select from in this style when going through the exchange/refund steps on your website.
o I selected Men SA8 which is EU41. What arrived is EU42
o Based on the above the insoles part of the order to be returned

Please can you process the collection and refund ASAP.

Horrible experience with Barestep customer service.

Order did not ship for several weeks, so I looked further into their ‘actual’ reviews and saw a real concern. Contacted ‘Nicola’ in customer service who was apologetic and promised a refund, then ghosted me.

Filed a dispute with my bank card for cost of the order. It’s pending; a headache that I didn’t need.

Not sure about the validity of all the positive reviews.

Hi My daughter ordered me a size 3 white Barestep which fit perfectly so I then ordered a size 3 Black Barestep but this black pair is a very titer fit not as comfortable as the white pair. Then the material on the White Barestep right Infront where my toe perished f Barestep can better the front with a better front end the rubber bend back to be higher up.

My experience with this company was great. I received both pair of shoes in a fashionable time. I love my shoes and recommend that others find out for themselves. They won’t be sorry. Best pair of shoes I’ve worn in a long time.

I love my shoes! My foot pain is gone. The reason for only 4 stars is that I haven't yet done a trail walk in them further than about 1.5 km and I need to still find out if my feet can take it. I also wish barestep would make a shoe that is slightly more classy, that I can wear to work (I am female) and I would love the option of a sandle for summer wear, also to work
