Fantastic tasting session
Dan put together a brilliant cheese and wine tasting event for us. His passion for digging out high quality, small producers was really evident. The fact that he's been out and met all of these producers at their farms and vineyards, means he can bring real personal detail to the tasting. And needless to say, the cheese and wine were all excellent, so much so that most of it is going to feature at our big family Christmas dinner! Very highly recommended.
