Disappointed that it’s not in a gift box
Disappointed that this is not in a gift box
I bought one from another site and it was in a box in a box. As I was buying it for a present this would have been much nicer. Also I feel I was mislead with the crisps. There are only 2 bags altogether and as I recall the advert said 2 of one and 2 of another. I realise now that this was the brand name with the word 2 in it.

Regarding the crisps, the brand we work with is Two Farmers—so that refers to the producer name rather than the quantity of each flavour.

Amazing Customer service
Had a great experience with Barbury hill. Placed an order on the Sunday to be delivered on the Tuesday - which it did. Unfortunately it was damaged in transit and arrived broken. I phoned up advising it was a gift for a birthday present, sent them a photo of it by email and they sent a new one which was delivered the next day! Even had a email to check in to make sure everything was okay. Amazing customer service! Thank you!
