I bought a watch for my husband in the Bray store for Christmas and honestly Bannons have the nicest staff. I dealt with a really lovely lady named Sandra, she couldn't do enough for me, spending so much time going through so many different styles and brands. Then I paid it off over a number of weeks without any issues. We also bought our wedding rings in Bannons Bray a few years ago and again, had nothing but a pleasant experience and beautiful jewelry every time.

The necklace is a beautiful delicate sophisticated yet simple look which I love and I would like to thank Mary for all her help.

I had been looking everywhere for the Citizen Silhouette watch for my teny weny wrist. I finally found it at a shop that shipped to Scandinavia and I’m absolutely impressed with the fast shipping. Shipped Friday, arrived Monday in my country. The postal service here is pretty bad, and since it was shipped as a letter it took them a week to deliver it.

When it finally arrived I was thrilled, the watch was everything I’d hoped for and in very good condition. It was the last one in stock, I assume it had been on display in the shop as the box looked like it had been opened before, the protective plastic/sticker was removed from the glass and it was already set and running on Irish time.

But not a scratch and it works like a charm. I’m so happy that I finally found my dream watch ✨

25.1.23 I still have not heard.
Owner of Bannon refused to give me a refund for a watch with alot of problems. I spent approx 1300 on a Raymond Weil watch. The bracelet watch broke twice and once came unclipped. The watch stopped twice-One was the battery but there have been a huge amount of problems. I have to contact Raymond Weill to pass the feedback.
The first time I brought it in I was told there was moisture within the watch which was causing problems. If there was moisture it must have been before I purchased it. Jean in the Blackrock shop is extremely helpful. However I still feel I am entitled to a full refund. For the money spent the Raymond Weill watch is not worth even a tenth of the money. I need a watch with no problems. I also need to purchase a watch from a shop with good Customer Service and good products. As at 21.2.23 I still have not received a refund or a reply that I was promised.

Very happy with my purchase of a pair of rose gold earrings exactly as described online, received email from Mary who explained that they would be a little late posting item, this is great customer service, I was not left in the dark wondering when they would arrive, and they arrived the day after they were sent👍
