Wow my husbands wedding band is gorgeous, and the customer service is amazing. We decided to throw in a house move, just before getting married and things got a bit crazy, I ordered the ring and somehow didnt register at the time that it would take 3 to 4 weeks, my error. I emailed as we didn't have 3 to 4 weeks. Kate came to the rescue and the next day we had test rings to try to ensure we had the right size, and we had the ring with a few days to spare. Our experience with Suay was excellent from start to finish. My wife wanted to get me a special ring to celebrate my 60th birthday and our 25years of marriage, so looked at the Suay site. It was very easy to navigate and once I had chosen the ring, the metal I wanted it make from and the inscription I wanted on the inside of the ring, we placed the order. Before the order was confirmed we received some sizer rings to use to be sure that our chosen size was correct. As it turns out this was important as the size I had chosen was not correct. This saved us ending up with a ring that was no returnable and therefore a waste of money. This kind of attention to detail is rare today and because of little things like this the service we received was excellent and delivery was within the specified time. We are very pleased with the end result and would highly recommend Suay and will use them again.

Amazing customer service. The original leather necklace I received had a faulty clasp and kept falling off, but after contacting them, they responded quickly and offered several options to resolve the issue. Within a week, I received a replacement, which is now working perfectly. I really appreciated their prompt communication and helpful suggestions. Couldn’t fault them would definitely order again!

Definitely buy from here! We planned an elopement with only 4weeks. Kate and the team went out of their way to ensure the ring was made on time. We had numerous issues with Royal Mail (no fault of Suay) and they sent out further adjustment ring samples so we could have the ring ready for the date. Not only that, the ring is beautiful. Caused lots of tears on the morning as they have my husbands late mother's ashes in the band. Wish I was able to post a photo. Thank you so much Suay xx

I’m having a registry wedding in October and a ceremony wedding in Greece in August, where the rings will be exchanged.
For October, we want to exchange gifts other than rings, and Suay Design had a perfect bracelet for me, and the fingerprint idea is something I’ve never seen before
The cost was competitive for what I asked for.
The process to get your fingerprint is easy to navigate.
I was worried about the size I had chosen, so when I emailed them, the communication from Suay was perfect to help out my mind at easy.
It was delivered in a few days and packaged well to protect the bracelet
The professionalism of the fingerprint, the engraving and the product is so true professionalism, and I would recommend Suay, and most likely I will be a repeat customer

Delighted Having looked at a number of websites it was easy to decide on Suay. Clear and no doubt at to the product and service available.

Wow - if only all online shopping was like this! I happened across this fabulous little website on my hunt for some stylish stainless steel or Titanium jewellery for a friend. Suay have some really stunning designs - bracelets, necklaces and more. Shipping was fast and emails confirming my order and despatch were immediate. My order arrived beautifully packaged, within 2 days and was stunning! I wanted to exchange one item and lovely Kate made the return of one bracelet and the despatch of the new one, really quick and easy - and she emailed me at every point in the process. I had an issue with a bracelet I purchased from Suay Design, after contacting Kate. Kate explained the bracelet I purchased was out of stock. Bought a men's ring as a replacement that was lost. As far as I can tell, it was the identical ring bought on the high street, but fantastically better value. I had a few communications with Suay as I had to switch size were replied very promptly. When Royal Mail failed to deliver in expected timeframe, Suay chased this for me. Very good prices and very good customer service 👍
