You take applicant info and broadcast it to the mortgage lenders who then HARASS tge applicant! It is far better results when you send the list of potential lenders to the applicant!

In the past you listed all of the institutions and their rates for review and selection. Now you need to give a great deal of info without getting any rates for a mortgage.

It was great to see some interest rates but absolutely horrible to have the mortgage companies calling before I exited the website. Now they are constantly calling and being annoying.
