I love the simplicity of set up, tree is gorgeous. The only thing I ran into was when I was fluffing the tree so to speak I lost a few needles but not anything major. Other than that I’m impressed, will see when I take down if I run into anything.

I received my item in a timely fashion. It arrived well packed and undamaged. The item was exactly as the photo described. Well made

Lived the candle lights as did my adult granddaughter and grandson who I bought them for.

Great communication. Arrived on time. Wishes that the height was clearly describe as 6.5 feet from bottom of stand to the top of the tree.

Easy to purchase. Shipped in a reasonable amount of time. What really shines is the quality of the tree, the tips are really well made, after a whole season the 'real look tips' did not fall off at all. Even the typical style tips barely shed, hopefully this means I get to enjoy this tree with my family for many years to come! The tree looks really full after fluffing as well. Only thing I would like is some improvements to the led lights, having customizable lights instead of presets would make this tree perfect.

We received a 14" star tree topper in early December that was, unfortunately, damaged. Upon contacting customer service and submitting photographs, a replacement was immediately shipped out and arrived before Christmas. Thank you for standing behind your products and for your excellent customer service.

I purchased the 9ft Silverado Slim tree and it is gorgeous! It was delivered promptly and came packaged with the most extreme care - with a nice Thank You card, very helpful instructions, each section was tied with ribbon and clearly numbered. A nice storage bag was even included along with a pair of soft gloves to wear for branch fluffing! So thoughtful!
Minimal assembly required! The patented tree stand is light yet very sturdy! The lights are perfectly spaced throughout the tree and the branches are so lifelike and easy to fluff and shape!
I hesitated at first to spend the money on this tree but I’m so glad I did - it is a very worthwhile investment! Thank you Balsam Hill!

Fast shipping, good quality

I ordered a lit wreath and was so happy with it I ordered a second. The product arrived in good time and was great quality .

The tree was amazing and so were the garlands.
The star should be able to p;ug into the tree instead of batteries, a bit of an inconvenience.

The greenery is very high quality.

I am very happy with my purchase. The tree is beautiful. I ordered the 5.5 ft full tree and the size is perfect for my needs. I was concerned about getting a full tree because of space but the tree is well proportioned and fits into my space. The after sales customer service is excellent. I would recommend a Balsam Hill tree to anyone.

Glue doesn’t hold. A few bows came with the clip already not sticking to it, but then after I even super glued those together, other bows came off the clips too after they were hung. Super glue doesn’t even really hold the fabric onto the metal clip well so think they need another solution for them to be hung.

The site is very easy to navigate. The items were true to photos on site. Communication was good throughout the delivery process.
I was very happy with the quality of my items.

Great quality as expected! Love the dimensions. Many have asked if it is real- it’s hard to tell that it is artificial.
