Life saver

I purchased the Apnea Tongue Stabilizing Device and I truly believe this thing saved my life! I have the apnea where your body just stops breathing and I had several very scary nights prior to getting the tongue stabilizing device. It was a wonderful find that helped me survive until I got my CPAP machine. Very happy with this purchase to say the least!

Outstanding customer service…

I received outstanding customer service yesterday when I needed to cancel an order due to my own silly mistake (I wanted to buy a soccer goal but ordered just a replacement net). Fahad from the Customer Service team was fantastic. His emails were polite, informative and he kept me up to date with how my request was progressing. I'd go so far as to say it was the nicest response I've received from a customer service representative. Keep up the great work!

My experience was 5 star without a…

My experience was 5 star without a doubt. I was quite astounded how prompt, thoughtful & excellent the customer service is with this company.
I cannot speak highly of this business.
I do my shopping/purchasing almost entirely online so I am a good judge of quality customer service & ease of communication as well as how simple the purchasing process was in the first place.
I made a mistake with my order & they rectified it for me immediately.
Highly recommend this business.

Shipment

Unfortunately the first shipment, was lost somewhere in the mail. This was not the company's fault. So Alexander asked me would you like another one, or your refund? I said I would like another one. What I bought was the "Beauty Mole Removal Sweep Spot Pen." Alexander was communicating with me on a weekly basis and keeping me up to date on the 2nd shipment. The shipment arrived this past Saturday. The 2nd shipment went out February 13, 2023. I will definitely do business with this company again

Order arrived within 21 working days…

Order arrived within 21 working days but sadly incorrect order. Needed rather more email exchanges than I would have liked to sort out the exchange, but we got there in the end and actually didn't need to send the original back as compensation.
Goods are as expected quality wise, just what my son wanted and I'd use them again.

Great Customer Service

I ordered a set of Japanese chef’s knives for my Godson but he ended up getting some from his employer and I asked for a refund after a few days and it was a great experience. Customer service was very helpful and I ended getting a full refund.

When I first ordered from Balma and…

When I first ordered from Balma and received my order, the merchandise was broken. I worked with a customer service rep and he help me get my order replaced with new merchandise with just a few emails back and forth between us. Would recommend them, I had no problems getting my order taken care of. Ordered first placed in December, but did not receive until December 24 2022, and replacement order was received 2/1/2023.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING

There was a major delay in the shipping....nearly 4 weeks. I was completely unsatisfied with the product I ordered and requested a refund. They wanted me to make a video to demonstrate my concerns about the product. Why???? Verbal communication is sufficient in executing this. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business....its always foreign businesses too. Stay away!

Didn't get my package when expected…

Didn't get my package on the expected date, no way of even tracking it. E-mailed about it first and never got a response. Got customer service phone # from internet, and they never answered my call, nor called me back (after leaving message). To the point where I thought this company was just a scam or fraud. Wouldn't recommend ordering from them at all.

Items were too small

Items were too small. Started a chat with customer service. Who told me I would need to video myself trying the bra on so that they could review it. Are you kidding me!! I'm not doing that. Lesson learned I will never order anything else from this perverted company!!!

I do not recommend buying anything from…

I do not recommend buying anything from this company. I Purchased a gift, hoping to arrive for Christmas never received it contact Farad and customer service. Use the tracking number that did not exist. Contact in my local Postal Service package never delivered or received. Very bad busy.

I was asked to help improve rep…

I was asked to help improve their reviews on trust pilot, despite having a poor experience and buying from a different brand they operate (check out Gear Tech on here and you’ll see the issues). My order was weeks late, and badly packaged (a soft toy vacuum-packaged) and seems to be a cheap imitation. It miraculously arrived after I started an PayPal dispute. Avoid. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for.
