Initial order placed in April of 2020. After many calls and emails, their 6-8 week promised time turned to almost 20 weeks. The Adirondack rockers had misdrilled holes. I was advised to preload the part to fit the rocker arms. That has now resulted in a fractured rocker arm. Multiple phone calls and emails with photos unanswered. They do not even respond, let alone honor their 20 year warranty.

Basic Adirondack package ordered in summer 2022, never arrived. After repeated complaints, I was sent a substitute of water stained, musty Adirondack lounge chairs.

A side table ordered in Summer 2023 never arrived. Repeated phone calls and harsh emails finally resulted in money being refunded.

A terrible company with sub par product that is contemptibly cashing in on the Amish name.
DO NOT ORDER from this company.
They should have a ZERO STAR rating.

Ordered Furniture July 3 , they sent an e-mail receipt July 15 2024 they recd the order and it was in process.
Tried to contact them Aug 19 th 2024 thru e-mail and left VM on the phone number on the invoice no response. Its too bad they looked like they had a great product per the website. Even had a video on how easy to put together the chairs !! Had to dispute the charge with my credit card co.After no response. Hope they can turn it around and make customers good looks like a good product.

This company must of got hijacked by scammers. Bought and received furniture in 2020. Not the same for May 2024 $2500 order. Tried placing order online, was not accepting cc info, called retailer, spoke to Levi, very friendly, but man was I tricked. Thought there be no issues because I’m repeat customer. After several requests for receipt and est ship date, I either got crickets or empty promises. Today I ended up calling cc to dispute charges. Also filed complaint with Bbb. I did notice that if you look the physical store up, maps app states they are permanently closed. Wish I would have known.

I placed an order for two rockers and side table. Love them and the super warranty EXCEPT I can’t get anyone to respond to the warranty claim. I have emailed, left voicemails, Facebook and Instagram messaged and attempted live chat multiple times over last 5 weeks with no response. We paid over $500 for this set and expect the warranty to be honored. Can NOT recommend this company.

Should be 0 stars. Took my money. No product. Multiple calls and emails with no response. Email sent out of the blue stating we are getting a refund. No refund ever placed back on my credit card. We are out $1219. Awaiting our credit card investigation to see if they will refund us. How is this “business” still have a website and actively advertising on social media. They are thieves and should be arrested and in jail.

I have not received my order after a full payment since August. I have tried numerous times to contact and get answers from this company without resolve. Today I was on an internet chat, and I have been waiting over 5 hours for them to respond.

DON'T GIVE THEM A PENNY! Hundreds of online Google and BBB reviews of them taking customer's money upfront, but not delivering to the customers. I'm still waiting for a full refund 6 months later. Don't trust them, they will give you the run around. Choose anyone but Amish Made Poly!

We made a $3700 order in April, the company took our money right away, but never produced anything for us. I had over 100 call, emails and “online help desk” requests and could never get through. In August, I filed a claim thru PayPal and then “Levi” (I suspect “Levi” is AI and not a real person) sent me an email saying there equipment was down and they were having issues with production. After PayPal did their investigation, I was refunded my money.
Look at BBB website for MANY similar stories. Amish Made Poly / Forever Amish poly is a scam playing on the Amish name. Don’t waste your time or risk your money.
