Balloons arrived deflated without cupcakes !- no response from customer service team when asked to investigate- would not use again

Perfect, received on time and no problems at all. Would use again.

Thankyou very much for the balloon delivery for my wedding last weekend! They looks absolutely fab!!! They really helped brighten up the place as we had a last minute change of venue so it was last minute panic trying to make things look nice! Thankyou very much again, it really saved us! Would recommend to a friend xx

Balloon was delivered late not on my sisters birthday even thought over a weeks notice was given?
Refund of postage wasn’t given
As promised refund if the item wasn’t delivered in stated time? Never use again I was asked for my feedback so i sent them as above my email was blocked from there end wonder why?
Numerous emails sent no response previously given same dpd email link which was never resolves absolutely ridiculous,
Wont be using again for sure shame balloons were lovely aviod at all costs

I ordered balloons in November for my mum's 60th and they never arrived in December. Tried chasing them several times via email and haven't successfully managed. Had to put in a dispute with my credit card company today...

I have had the same problems with this company for a balloon due to be delivered on 1st December. It was never given to their courier despite the only response to emails being an automated one telling me to follow up non- delivery with DPD, which I did. I chased them via their online platform host Ecwid, and they ignored their requests to contact me to resolve the issue. I am pursuing this through my credit card company but this firm are disagreeing with my claims not to have received anything in return for my payment. Understand they have stopped trading on line which means no-one else should get caught out but that doesn't help those who have already had money taken. I suggest you pursue the case with your credit card company if that is how you paid. Good luck all.

I ordered a ballon for my husbands 60th Birthday. It never arrived.
Despite numerous emails I didn’t receive a response.
I have been requesting a refund for a month ~ again no response.
I would suggest you do not use this company.

Should of read these reviews 1st 🙄 ordered balloons (end of October) for my sons 21st on boxing day as with the rest nothing arrived no contact no refund nothing I have emailed them 3 times now and nothing back and now I see that the website has disappeared too! Fortunately I did this transaction on a credit card so I will seek a refund through them..

Held off leaving a review hoping I would get a reply after my several complaint emails. No such luck. Ordered a surprise box balloon for my daughter in Nov on arrival the box was damaged and opened it was clear no care had been made when preparing for delivery the balloon was inflated but really didn’t look anything like it did on the website just a couple of folded pieces of tissue paper in the bottom off the box which seemed like they had thrown in as a last minute thought. The gift tag had a tacky sticker placed on the balloon weight with my message on it. I could have done better myself. All in all bad experience, balloon couldn’t be given as a surprise gift as the box looked like I had got it out of a skip
And not to forget the customer service or lack of customer service after several mails, almost 2 months waiting and still no reply to my complaint. Avoid this company if they are still trading or trading under a different name???

Ordered from here beginning on the pandemic with no issues, unfortunately this time it was the complete opposite, I ordered beginning of December for the 23rd of December as its my sons birthday Xmas eve, had no contact from them and no order, I've sent several emails, none of which have been replied too. Personally now I won't be going back

I’ve still (just over two weeks) not had any response from the company! But upon looking up my rights, if you paid using a debit/credit card you can contact your bank/supplier and apply for ‘chargeback’ if you never received your items, hope this helps some of you too! I’ve been more than reasonable in my emails to this company, I know it was a hard year and they’re a small family business but no response at all is infuriating!

Unfortunately can’t give zero stars! Appalling. Failed to deliver my order, they do not answer emails, phone is cut off! No sign of the company of social media and the website has been closed. I have used this company before with no problems so didn’t check reviews before this order but I wish I had! So many people who they are ignoring
and not refunding!

I ordered months ahead of my delivery which was due on 28th December, nothing arrived. I emailed two days later to see if I could have an update/refund and no response. Emailed again today and similar to other reviews the website no longer exists and no way of contacting the company at for my money. First time using this company and extremely disappointed that they have scammed myself and so many people out of their money.

If I could give no stars I would! I ordered a balloon bouquet for my mums 60th birthday, I ordered on the 17th of November for the 22nd of December delivery. These never arrived, I’ve had no communication, my emails ignored and a milestone birthday ruined. All whilst the company have had 30 pounds of my money since November with no return in sight yet! So disappointed

Ordered a lovely balloon for my Mam's 80th, I contacted them 4 times before the due date (I ordered it early December for the 24th) with no response. The balloon didn't arrive and no contact to let me know was received. I'm furious. I know it's just a balloon, but it was my Mam's special birthday and I wanted it to be an occasion, but no, this company just ignored me. I expect a full refund, we'll see.

I odered balloons for my daughters birthday and gutted they haven’t arrived. No contact has been made whatsoever but money went out as soon as my order was placed over a month ago.

Do not use this company. Scammers. They don’t ever deserve one star for ruining special occasions!!

I have used previously and was fine.. but the Christmas orders have been a disaster... 1 lot of balloons i ordered didn't have letters with them, 1 didn't arrive and another order of 3 didn't arrive yesterday... no response to emails, website is down, Facebook page has been shut down, phone humber is disconnected. I have found a personal email address for the owner and contacted them, hopefully this is successful but I have 5 children without letters from santa because they can't be bothered to do what we have paid for. I have normally received my orders although communication has always been shocking. They need to be reported trading standards or whoever deals with this.

Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. Paid for extra balloons didnt receive them. Been trying for 6 days now to get a response and my money back for being over chargedwhich their reply says they will respond in 3 days! Ordered for dads 80th birthday and they sent pink!! £35 and one balloon was already going down when received. Avoid I wish i could give zero stars
