I ordered a balloon for my husband’s birthday and they delivered on the day I chose. You receive a text on the day with a time. Totally accurate delivery. When he opened the box, I wasn’t sure what to expect but true to their word, the balloon popped out and elevated so quickly, he caught it on the way (natural instinct!) as it has a plastic weight and we weren’t outside so he wouldn’t have lost it ha ha.
Very good quality, and still good after four days.
It moves very slowly round and round, adding to its appeal. Thoroughly recommend and will be purchasing again. A great find 👍😃

I ordered a balloon from Balloon Monkey for my grandson’s 5th birthday. Unfortunately, when he opened the box, the balloon was deflated, which was disappointing.

However, I contacted Balloon Monkey and explained the situation, and rather than requesting a refund, I asked if it would be possible to send a replacement. They were very understanding and clearly cared about putting things right.

They acted quickly and sent out another balloon straight away, which arrived in perfect condition. My grandson was absolutely delighted.

Excellent customer service and a great outcome. 5 out of 5, and I will definitely be using them again.

Honestly an amazing company. The balloons were simply fantastic. They arrived the next day, beautifully packaged. A wonderful company supplying brilliant products, can’t fault in ANY way and highly recommend!

On one occasion a balloon had partially deflated on delivery, but the issue was dealt with quickly and satisfactorily,
Overall I find their website easy to use with plenty of choice, competitively priced and delivery has always been on the requested day. Most importantly all the recipients have been surprised and delighted on delivery.

On 16th November 2024 Balloon Monkey delivered a beautiful balloon to my 88 year old mother for her birthday. She was delighted. One year later on her 89th birthday the main balloon was still up! It has been a constant joy for her. Amazing! Well done, Balloon Monkey!

It was really easy to choose and order the balloons and I liked that you can choose a delivery date.

There were so many great options available and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for.

The balloons arrived safely and packaged really well. The arrangement looks fantastic and is lasting into a second week. Already planning to order more for the next big birthday in our family.

I've read other reviews and think people are abit unfair sometimes, given that the overall service provided by this company depends heavily on the third party delivery service holding up their end of the bargain.

I wanted one of their new AI balloons ready for an 18th on Tuesday of next week, so I ordered 6 days in advance. I didn't want to pay extra postage, so given they warn you that delivery can take up to 3 days, I asked for it to be delivered on the earliest date it offered me figuring that I would rather have it early than late. I was therefore amazed when the balloon rocked up at my door the morning after!

I own a balloon shop myself, and will be doing other balloons for my daughter, but this company offer something totally different and shouldn't be held to account when their delivery service lets you down. I recommend everyone orders well in advance to avoid disappointment. If your balloons does go slightly squishy, you can remove your ribbon and top it up with a straw ever so slightly to firm it up again.

ORDER DIDNT ARRIVE - very disappointed as ordered lots of balloons for my daughters 21st birthday - however they have just contacted me and said it was an issue with DPD and given me a full refund so at least that is something.

initial experience was poor, as the delivery failed to be made on time. when calling, the telephone number goes to a robotic message, which was very frustrating., however the company did respond to my emails, they did get hold of the courier, and the courier did call, and eventually the packages did arrive, albeit to the wrong address! because it was late, the delivery charge has been refunded. what frustrates me is that the company was not immediately contactable by phone, and i had to wait some hours to take delivery for some very important time-sensitive items. i know delays can happen, all i need to have is updated information on the status, so i can manage the situation. i have upgraded to 4 stars due the final resolution, but my recommendation is for the company to answer the telephone, and keep customers updated of delays by monitoring the couriers they use.

The customer service has been excellent! Chloe answered my emails quickly and fairly.
As others have said we did have an issue with dpd and did not get our balloons on the day we wanted.(Hence 4 stars)
I would hope that as it seems to be a common issue BM will be changing their courier service.

Ordered a personalised photo balloon and a couple of other balloons for a colleague's 50th birthday - everyone in the office loved them, they looked great and the personalised photo balloon was brilliant. In fact, a few of my colleagues are going to order personalised photo balloons for their friends and family's upcoming birthdays! The ordering process was good and I received update emails, and the balloons were delivered on my chosen specified date. Great service all round!

AVOID!!!! SHAM COMPANY!!!!!

This is the last time I will bother with this unreliable sham of a company. I have given them the benefit of the doubt in the past, and due to logistics of my disabled daughter not living with me, felt it was a more practical solution to plan ahead for a birthday surprise .

However, they have had 3 strikes now. They have failed to deliver on time on 3 separate occasions, over the space of 4 years . This is quite clearly a common problem that others have experienced from reading the reviews. The owner Chloe is blaming it on the DPD depot, but it has happening all over the UK, and I personally have experienced this in 2 separate locations.
I will NEVER EVER go near this company again and have given them far too many chances.

They have no understanding that their service is relied on for special occasions and no respect or professionalism in delivering in a timely manner with integrity.

My daughter has a learning disability and the disappointment is crushing for her.

One mistake can be overlooked, but 3 failures in the space of 4 years is outrageous. 😡😡😡

Very disappointing experience with Balloon Monkey.
Balloon ordered for my granddaughter’s 13th birthday didn’t arrive. Had paid for specific day delivery. Balloon didn’t arrive at all!
Response to complaint was also disappointing. Balloon Monkey placed blame with DPD delivery and offered no further action or refund.
I will NEVER use them again.

Amazing customer service, lovely balloons, quick delivery and customer service changed my delivery date at very short notice with no fuss, no extra charge, they saved the day.
