If there was a way to give less than 1star my god they deserve it. They claim they handle high end cars DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE. They kept my car for weeks, the car had been hit from the front. When it was returned they drove it hard, the brakes were smelling so bad! Nice driver looking after my car! NOT The car returned was in an awful state. The Car bonnet was still misaligned, the bumper had marks on it that see claim to have replaced,the mats at the back had been moved and not put back in the right place. God knows why these needed tampering with and on top of that an extra 57 miles were driven over since taking my car that went on a transporter. The guy called Rickie at the garage when challenged was rude saying “well what do you want me to do it!. We need our car back and you can pick your own up from here” seems like a course of customer service is needed! How dare you argue with your customer, whose car you have damaged and added a scratch or two for the fun of it. If you LOVE YOUR CAR DO NOT GO TO THESE COWBOYS.

I would highly recommend Balgores to everyone, Not only were they fast and efficient but I received regular updates from the office ladies and they were so polite and friendly. Absolutely awesome service from start to finish. My car also came back looking brand new, after being cleaned both inside and out........soooooo shiny :)

Poor Overall Service

My insurance company appointed Balgores to replace the locks on my car. I was told that they will organise the replacement, I would be provided with a courtesy car etc.

I have now since been told by a gentleman called Gary that they dont want the job, it is too much hassle, there is no benefit for them to complete this job and we have passed it back to Hastings to deal with.

Dont use.

I found Balgores to be first rate! From the moment Mark arrived to collect my particularly unwell car, I felt relaxed knowing, from Mark’s wonderfully relaxed, yet knowledgable approach that my dear poorly car was in not just good, but professional hands.
Keira in Customer Services is very good too. Continually keeping me informed as the work started and completed on my car.
I now have it back - thanks again to Mark for dropping it to me late on even though he had a solid two hour return home. Thanks Mark. Thanks Keira. Thanks Belgores!

Please avoid this company at all costs, read the negative reviews on Yelp and Google reviews for s true indication of the quality of repair and service. They put the wrong colour door on my car and then lied several times to the insurance company afterwards. They also tried to scam me into paying for a courtesy car that I was already receiving. Mileage was added to my Audi A5 vehicle when it was in for a respray and their excuse was it was needed to be road tested. Who road Tests a respray?? More like they took it for a joy ride! Absolute cowboys please avoid at all costs
