great customer service and follow up- speedy response to questions. Coffee is a game changer and finding some of the mushroom products also beneficial. Expensive yes, but for quality a must- who wants to be drinking mould when you could be reducing the toxic load and supporting a new business initiative- keep up the good work

I was delighted to come across Balance Coffee whilst searching for a gift for a coffee connoisseur and health conscious relative. The product ticks all the boxes and will be greatly appreciated.

Amazing coffee, better than supermarkets even the better brands.. I run out of my subscription and had to buy a little bit of ‘normal’ coffee and it just isn’t as good! Nothing compares to this coffee and to top it off it is actually good for you, unlike the shop bought brands which are sprayed with chemicals :-( I have had a very little issues but customer service is always very helpful and quick to resolve anything! Overall I would always get my coffee for balance and the mushroom elixirs are also a great addition!

The coffee smells and tastes amazing. I have silent reflux and have managed to find one that doesn't irritate it. Thats because it's pure and there is no nasties in it! I would totally recommend them.

First timer and great experience. Excellent customer service and the Lions Mane coffee itself is second to none. Tastes great without the jitters and crash from your standard coffee, very smooth and gives me a great pick up in the early afternoon. Great product guys.

My husband loves Balance coffee, so I make sure we have a freezer drawer full of it. He’s a coffee addict (he drinks several cups a day) and I want him to have the best quality coffee we can find. This coffee tastes great and has amazing health benefits, being rich in antioxidants. And it’s mycotoxin free.

Balance coffee has great customer service. They were quick to allow me to return the whole beans I accidentally ordered so that I could reorder the grind I needed instead.

Once the coffee finally arrived, the quality is good and it’s true that this coffee has good flavour but is more gentle in the other effects as described by the company. The process of getting my order however was not a good one and although they sent apologetic emails And a very meagre part refund of £5.00 It did not seem particularly worrisome to them that my order took a total of nearly 3 weeks to arrive in the end.

I placed a one-off order in August (250g Rotate Espresso) because I wanted to try it before considering a subscription. I did not sign up for a subscription, yet the company took another payment from my account in September without my consent. This is a clear case of mis-selling and an unfair trading practice. I have contacted my bank to dispute the charge and will also be reporting this to Trading Standards and the Competition & Markets Authority (CMA) for investigation into subscription traps.
The coffee itself was average at best, which is why I never wanted to subscribe in the first place. For a company to charge customers without permission is absolutely unacceptable.
Very dodgy, I would check your statements if you’ve ever ordered from them.

Balance coffee is as much about great customer service as it is about great quality produce. I recently got some really helpful advice re. buying a proper coffee machine to get the best from my favourite Stability Blend and elixirs. Keep up the good work guys!

After making a mistake with a previous order, multiple members of the customer service team rectified the matter, and provided regular updates into what was being done, and ensured everything was sorted satisfactorily and quickly.

I’ve used Balance Coffee a few times now and since getting a coffee machine in January, it’s easily the best smelling and tasting coffee we’ve found. Every bag has been consistently fresh, rich, and full of flavour — it really makes a difference compared to supermarket coffee.

Delivery has always been quick and reliable too. You can tell they really care about the quality of what they’re putting out. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys great coffee at home!

Still waiting for the dark energy 1KG bag to be delivered, it’s been a week now and it’s still MIA. That’s a huge gap between the 1-2 days promised when ordering on their website and reality. The Royal Mail courier excuse is just a massive excuse. I wouldn’t bother ordering from this company their fulfilment is rubbish.

A week since my first order and it’s not arrived, had an email saying they are monitoring the Royalmail tracking but according to the tracking RM have not received the parcel.
No reply to my 3 emails since.
Mistakes happen but it’s the lack of communication that’s frustrating.

My package arrived a bit late, they were very attentive. Coffee itself is amazing, I've tried a few brands, sticking with Balance 100% .
