Just had a very positive interaction with Gary from Bakers Bands. Great communication and very happy with the outcome. I will definitely be using Baker Bands in the future…a bit of good customer service goes a long way!

Very good customer service,.I ordered the wrong size , sent an email explaining and they sent me out the correct size free of charge and quickly.

I ordered a watch strap for my Apple Watch from Bakers Bands Ltd, they had lots of straps to choose from at very affordable prices, it was really easy to order and the strap was shipped quickly!
Unfortunately the strap split on the second time that I put it on my watch.
I emailed the company and Gary emailed me to apologise and offered me a replacement strap free of charge, I decided to try a different strap which was double the price, so I offered to pay the difference, but Gary insisted that there would be no charge, the new strap is on the way, amazing customer service!!
I’ll definitely be treating myself to more straps from Bakers Bands Ltd and recommending them to all my family and friends!

I would highly recommend Baker Bands Limited. Gary emailed me back promptly regarding the wrong colour strap I ordered. He sent me a replacement within two days and told me to keep the first strap ordered. I will definitely use this company in the future.

Customer service has been exceptional. I have had a few bands from Bakers Bands in the past and always been happy with the quality. One was faulty this week, however Gary was quick to resolve and send out a replacement immediately.

Brilliant service and interaction. I ordered a strap which wasn’t right for me on arrival. They sorted me out a replacement super quick, no problem and were superb in answering my queries so quickly. I would highly recommend without question!

A genuinely positive experience. I had completed a lot of research on straps for my watch. A few of my pals had purchased from Bakers Bands and they loved them.

I ordered a metal band in black, really well made. I have large wrists and the band was a little snug. I reached out via email asking for a couple of extra links and how would I pay for them and the postage. I didn’t expect them for free and I expected to pay as what they offered for sale I brought it and it was as described.

I wasn’t expecting a reply for a couple of days. Lo and behold the company replied the same day and sent the links out free of charge.

A lot of the bigger companies could learn a lot about customer satisfaction from this company.

Would I buy from them again? yes definitely. Would I recommend them to others? Yes definitely.

Delivery is fast and customer service is brilliant.

I recently ordered a Nike style sports band. Order confirmation was swift and I was informed with shipping updates via email. The band also arrived in 2-3 days which was perfect. When the band arrived it fit my watch perfectly. I also had a query about the band which I submitted through the contact us section on the website and I revived a reply within 2 days. Great customer service and good quality band. Would recommend and will be purchasing again from this company.

Great watch straps that fit perfectly with my Apple Watch and at an affordable price! I went with the Velcro strap to allow for a comfortable fit, they do also dry quickly.

After just under 12 months the plastic clip broke, however I emailed and straight away a replacement was shipped out to me 1st Class. Excellent customer service!
