Not willing to return money that I transferred to them when they where not able to make transfer

We have been Bahtsmart customers for almost 5 years after using WU. The difference in cost and service is like night and day. Bahtsmart really do take any worry out of transferring funds. Their staff know their work well and even though we use them sometimes 3 times a month, they have never made an error. We recommend them 100 percent.

I enquired about a locked rate for a large transfer to Thailand in an initial Email to bahtsmart. A short time later, on the same day I was contacted by mobile phone and was introduced to the team leader. During this chat we discussed the exchange rate, quantities of required transactions and frequencies. The rate was best that could be given and the staff at bahtsmart were very helpful and very polite. They rang me to advise what I needed to do after the initial first transaction, as I only processed the first transaction, and not the multiple as we had discussed. Once I understood what was required the process was easy and I thank the team for there exceptional advise and support. On completion of the transactions, the bahtsmart team rang me to ensure I was happy with the service and support provided. As I relayed to the team leader during this phone call, I was completely satisfied with the service and support provided and would recommend bahtsmart to others. I am very grateful for the assistance provided by Wanida and her bahtsmart team.

Friendly fast and reliable service. I trust this company that they are honest and will look after all my financial transections. I have been using this service for many years and they have been improving their service where they can. Especially during covid, I have recommended my friends to use this service. They are great that it is online and I do not have to go in person to do the transections. Keep up the good work BahtSmart!

The website is easy to navigate, the exchange rate is very good, there are no additional fees (the rate they quote includes their fees)
But most importantly, they operate 7 days a week, they don't close over the weekend!!!

Have been using bahtsmart to transfer funds from Australia to Thailand for many years. They have always given the best rate and the best service online. Over the years I nearly always got my funds within 24 hours, then it was down to same day, now it is an amazing 2 or 3 hours. Had major problems with proving my income to Thai immigration. Contacted Wanida at bahtsmart and it was sorted quickly and professionally with her supplying all the documents demanded by immigration.
Wholeheartedly recommend bahtsmart and all the staff.
