Top quality service throughout the order of a kelly 25 brand new bag. I ve opened a link on whatsapp with bagista telling them that i am looking for a kelly bag 25 black phd new as one similar bag i was looking for was sold out. Dominykas sent me a perfect option for what i was looking for, gave me all the necessary info and all the details, photos and details including original invoice and stamp. I purchased a pre-loved Chanel bag from Bagista. The photos on the website were very clear. The payment process was smooth (with payment an options built-in). I had a query and used the WhatsApp contact on the website, my query was replied quickly and clearly.
The delivery was swift .
The bag arrived in perfect condition with wrappings to protect the bag.
I deducted one star is because it doesn’t come with a dust bag. If Bagista can provide their own brand dust bag (if no original dust bag came with the bag), it would be 5 stars. As ultimately , all the pre-loved bags are still not cheap.
