I’m sorry, but I was really disappointed by the design I received, you can’t see the landmarks and the map just had a title of the ground across it. Then the font chosen was not as shown, it was outlined instead of solid and can barely be seen. I have had to order replacement cufflinks from another supplier to fix this. Two stars are because it was fast.

Edited: in response to the salty reply below. Don’t signup for Trustpilot that prompts reviews if you don’t want them. Or contact the person and let them know their order will not be as intended. I would have happily shared it with you but your request for review came first.

In response to your response: Ahhh. My fault then. My review started with an apology (see above) and this wonderful exchange has prompted another. Blaming your customers for providing reviews when they are asked for them seems a very tiring existence for you.

Quick service. Excellent quality. I ordered a memorial tie clip for my friend with a pic of his late father and an inscription on the back. He's made up with it. The clip itself is very sturdy and strong. The pic on it is very clear.

Excellent communication and turnaround time even with a last minute change

A beautiful, personalised gift! I opted for a silver set with engraving and the lovely drawstring gift bag. The recipient absolutely loved his gift and they look super smart both when worn and on display.

My only criticism would be the logisics communications were inconsistent and caused unnecessary panic that the order would be late - the 'completed/dispatched/delivered' statuses on my order updated out of sync.

The cufflinks are undoubtedly beautiful. Truly impressed by the service. I had faced an issue earlier with regards to the delivery service. Chris was kind enough to have the issue sorted right away. Very professional. I would strongly recommend B&B! Thank you team B&B for the experience.

We ordered engraved cuff links as a gift with a short lead time until our friends actual birthday which was remiss of us. Badger & Brown delivered … the engraved cuff links arrived within days of order in the lovely gift box which we had paid for. We were kept updated throughout. Sadly we couldn’t view the actual cuff links without disturbing the box but our experience was five star.

Ordered map cuff links as a present for my son. Chose 2 places that are very special to him. He is delighted with them. Map is accurate and engraving very neat.
Requested they be sent direct to him in USA, and took less than 3 weeks from me ordering them to him receiving them which I feel was very good.
