I’ve got 2024 iphone 16 pro black from you and it was good condition but the battery was draining too fast too fast for it’s age and sometime the phone was lack of response as well. Its ok but not great. The charger wire that come with it is not from apple but its acceptable not adapter comes with it though. Overall my firsr experience is ok but not great
Iphone 14 Pro - Excellent condition
The product in itself in great, the phone has almost zero marks on him but the battery level is not not as high as I would have hoped (86%).
The delivery was very fast but I was not very happy with the packaging as the phone wasn’t completely held still, you could hear and feel the phone shaking in the box.

I bought a refurbished iPhone 15 Pro…
I bought a refurbished iPhone 15 Pro Premium just two months ago from Back Market. Ten days ago, my phone screen went black, but it continued to vibrate. It didn't fall or get wet. I went to the Apple Store to have it diagnosed. I sent the diagnosis to Back Market with all the evidence, but they say it's not the right evidence (even though everything is there). Their customer service is really unresponsive. I asked for a refund because I'm entitled to one under their terms and conditions, but they're dragging their feet and making excuses. I do not recommend this site! I am very disappointed with the quality of their products and their responsiveness. They sold me a defective product, which is unacceptable! I am therefore waiting for a refund from them!

Back Market refuses ACL rights and leaves customers without a working phone
I purchased an iPhone 14 from Back Market and it arrived with major faults — shutting off every time it was set down, only restarting when plugged in, and producing blurry, unfocused photos. When I requested a replacement or refund under my rights in the Australian Consumer Law, Back Market refused unless I first returned the phone and went without any device for an unknown period.
This is the exact “significant inconvenience” the ACL is designed to prevent.
They repeatedly insisted on an internal process that has nothing to do with the law, the same pattern I’ve since discovered in many other reviews: slow inspections, no workable temporary solution, and customers left without phones for weeks.
Back Market advertises reassurance and “refurbished done right,” but when something goes wrong, they put their own procedures above consumer rights.
I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing here. If your device is faulty, expect to fight for your legal rights.

“Premium” iPhone 15 Pro with Weak Battery
I bought a refurbished iPhone 15 Pro in “Premium” condition. Shipping was very fast, the packaging was secure, and the phone set up smoothly with everything working as expected.
The problem is the battery. The phone shows 88% battery health with around 550 charge cycles, even though Premium devices are advertised as having genuine batteries with a minimum 90% capacity. For a recent flagship at the highest grade and price tier, this feels below what was promised.
Cosmetically, the phone is mostly fine: two small scratches on the top‑right of the screen and one on the bottom titanium frame. These wouldn’t bother me if the battery matched the Premium standard, but they do contradict the “like new / flawless with no signs of use” description.
I also spent about $50 on a screen protector and camera protector before discovering the battery issue, which makes the experience more frustrating. Overall, the device seems mis‑graded for Premium, and I expected better quality control for the price.

Excellent quality
The phone I got is basically brand new, so reasonably priced, easy to purchase and received in good time. Highly recommend
Quality refurbished product.
While obviously coming from multiple different providers, the product was as described once actual stock was confirmed after some confusion. Not through back market themselves, and very happy with end result and product.
