Phone is great
Phone is great; But the colour is not 'PURPLE' as described. To me it looks like 'PINK'. Samsung actually call it 'LAVENDER'. It is a very pale insiped light colour. NOT the rich vibrant dark 'Royal' colour I was expecting.The sellers should change the name.

The iPhone 11 arrived quickly
The phone arrived quickly, it was a good affordable price but of course does not come with any extras, just the phone. One corner of the parcel was crushed but the bubble wrap around the phone saved it and it was unharmed. The phone is refurbished but works very well and the battery is excellent. I am pleased with this phone, no problems so far

My iPhone 15pro max is great. Works like new. Only thing that I was a bit disappointed with. Was I asked for a new battery and paid extra. Not sure if the happened or not, as there was no reference to this. But otherwise I would definitely recommend.

I was Looking for a descent phone for my daughter that started High school and didn’t want to take a contract with a service provider so by Facebook I found Backmarket, read a bit of the rewiews and took the risk, and thankfully I had a great experience with my acquisition of an iPhone 13 Pro refurbished at a great price, very much as a new phone for a quarter of the price.
