All good, phone as described and quick delivery.

My iPhone 15 Pro died after just 2 weeks while I was hiking in the mountains, leaving me without GPS or any way to call for help.

I'm now on day 8 without a phone. Customer service has been useless. Every time I called, all I heard was, "We'll escalate your case." No real answers, no proactive updates, and the only email I ever received was because I insisted they send one while I was on the phone.

I repeatedly asked them to make sure my phone wasn't reset because it contained sensitive work data that hadn't synced.

Every agent promised they'd pass this on, yet every time I called back it was as if I was starting a brand new case. Nobody seemed to know what was going on, and getting a straight answer was impossible.

The repair centre simply blamed water oxidation and refused the warranty. Funny how a "professionally refurbished" iPhone with supposed IP68 water resistance couldn't even survive normal humidity during a heatwave. If the phone wasn't sealed properly during refurbishment, how is that the customers responsibility? Are you letting them know the phone does not have the same specs as an original iphone after refurbishment?

I traded in a perfectly good phone that had never failed me—even after filming underwater—to "upgrade" to this one. Instead, I got a phone that failed after two weeks, a warranty that means nothing, and a company that refuses to take responsibility.

I hope this is resolved immediately. Otherwise, I'll be pursuing every legal avenue available to hold them accountable. If you're buying from this seller because you think the warranty will protect you, think again.

Unfortunately a phone graded Premium arrived with two small and obvious scratches to the case.
To their credit Back Market did immediately send a replacement and gave me a returns label.

Laptop is decent does run quite warm but no issues only problem is the charging cable does not seam to work very well does disconnect while charging but other then that laptop is working for purpose i needed it for so far i would give maybe 3 - 6 months for a proper review

I have received laptops that they claim to be refurbished. They sent doggy DHL return labels. Used that to return the items. It said express delivery. It has been stuck there for weeks and still. After contacting them, they said they need more documentation which tracking clearly shows items has been dropped off! I will never order anything from this doggy seller.

time wasters, incompetent support, nonsensical policies. they were supposed to have sent packaging for a trade in a week ago, it hasn't arrived, no on answers their support tickets, and their policy is if you don't receive the packaging you have to package yourself (thus taking responsibility for convenient damage during transit). the packaging was never sent.

Sent my phone to them in immaculate condition and they are trying to say it’s full of marks and scratches when I took pictures of it before I packaged it up so not happy at all and knocked £60 of my offer when I could have sold it on eBay for £300 and they now gave me £175 it’s a joke. Don’t bother using them
