My overall experience with this company has been disappointing.
After purchasing a chair, I received no updates for two weeks and had to chase them myself, only to be given next-day delivery with very little notice. When I realised the chair wasn’t right for me, I was told it was a “special order” and non-returnable, despite ordering a standard model. This was never made clear on the website.
The company’s public reply to my Google review was polite and promised a refund, but in reality, my request was denied and I was dismissed when I followed up. This inconsistency between their customer-facing statements and their actual handling of issues shows a lack of organisation and transparency.
Unfortunately, I can’t recommend them based on my experience.

It was good to go and see the chairs and try them out. This was very important to me, you have to know how they feel & move. But the showroom is very small and I had hoped to see more chairs before making a decision.

Excellent Okamura Contessa II chair + shop
Great online shop and expedient delivery service. I am very pleased with the excellent Okamura Contessa II office chair which is now an essential part of my home office as a full-time remote worker.
I've been using for nearly two months and now firmly believe everyone should invest in a proper office chair, especially knowledge workers or people who sit an inordinate amount of time for work. After having adopted the chair, I briefly got the chance to try the remastered Aeron (Herman Miller) at a local shop. Although it was just a brief trial, I much prefer the Contessa in terms of overall experience. Even though my work is just as unwieldy as before, I now always look forward to sitting at my desk if only to enjoy having a dependable chair.
The only issues I encountered were:
1) the tricky address look up system that the online shop relies on, which for some obscure reason did not recognise my home address -- surely a one-off incident
2) the ordered lumbar support which came with some delay, as my actual home address had not been corrected despite the initial mishaps with delivery
In all, I highly recommend Back2 International and the honest advice I received by phone.

Flokk / HÅG are clearly a really exceptional company. I've used a saddle chair for my art for a number of years but it is not a patch on this NEW HÅG Capisco. The great thing is that I can share it with my husband - his piano and my easel love a bit of compromise. I know it is a lot of money to spend but I truly think Back2 and HÅG have honestly got our backs! Thank you.

Good product at a reasonable price compared to other options available, and it arrived very quickly. The only negative was that there were no instructions included - just a piece of paper with a QR code that said to input another code (which was not included) to access the instructions. Luckily the item was relatively easy to assemble with some help.
