Good for weaning, baby and toddler items
I have ordered from Baby Must quite a few times now as my 3 year old will only drink from a certain cup and Baby Must are one of the only retailers who still stock this product at a decent price point, I think perhaps the manufacturer has discontinued it so I really appreciate that Baby Must sell it. I’ve never had any issues with ordering or delivery of products and I’ve bought other items alongside the cups. It’s very good that they are now offering the Blue Light Card discount too, I’d highly recommend the company and I don’t often leave reviews.

We have 3 delivery options to select from Express Tracked (Next Day), Standard Tracked (2 Working Days) and Standard 3-5 Working Days.
The delivery option that was selected for this order was Standard where items arrive within 3-5 days.
Cut off time for all orders is 12pm.
Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) Any orders placed after 12pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday. This is also written on our website under our shipping policy: https://babymust.co.uk/policies/shipping-policy
As the order was placed after the cut off time, it would have been dispatched on 31st December.
You have also not tried to reach us to discuss this and directly gone ahead to leave a negative review.
It is important for us to receive feedback from all our customers but in this occasion we do not feel the feedback is valid and hence request you to wait for the item to arrive soon.

Received my items in 2 orders
Received my items in 2 orders. Received them quickly. They look great but are a present for a friend who just had a baby girl. She will be thrilled. Can't wait to see the butterfly dreams projector mobile on the cot so baby can enjoy a good nights sleep.

I got a prompt reply with a link to make the extra payment- all very quick and easy. My order arrived in good time and was a good price - I’d definitely use this company again.

As discussed the product was dispatched and shipped from Baby Must on the same day itself , however, seems like Royal Mail caused some delay with the delivery. We have raised this incident with them but it does not occur very often. In current times the courier services do experience certain unforeseen delays.
I am also happy that despite the delay within the Royal Mail network , our team could still keep our customer happy and satisfied both with the product and our service - which is exactly what our values are here at Baby Must.
With the new Royal Mail Tracking services we are introducing later this week all our customers would be able to see exactly where the product is at any given time. An enhancement to our existing service.
