Been a few times for a mixture of treatments, massages and the infrared sauna, on my own and with my partener, we won't go anywhere else, Melissa and her mum make you feel at ease, very friendly and make sure your visit is as calm as possible, the facilities are very clean and nothing is ever to much for Melissa and tge prices are amazing for what you get

First time here. I had a trapped nerve in my neck and had been in considerable pain for a week.
I managed to get an appointment within a day of making an enquiry.
Melissa recommended I had Hot Stones, and Cupping .. both of which I had never experienced before…. and also a Massage.
It was a lovely relaxing experience and has made a considerable difference to my neck and shoulders… I am practically pain free.
I was made to feel comfortable as soon as I arrived, everything was explained to me about the procedure and what to expect.

Melissa and her mum made me feel very welcome. It was my first visit, I made an error when I booked in the wrong order and Melissa do her best to accommodate my needs instead of just cancelling. The float was amazing, it took all the weight off of my joints and back, I felt so relaxed. The atmosphere is great. They offer free tea and coffee. I also had a go on the sauna which again was amazing. Will definitely be back!

We had the 60 minute flotation followed by 60 minute massage each, I booked it as a Christmas present for my husband.
The flotation is quite an experience and the time went really quickly, it was all really well explained by Melissa and was a really unusual, pleasurable experience. The fluffy bath robes and slippers are a lovely touch, providing towels, ear plugs and shampoo / shower gel really helps, as did the complimentary tea, coffee and water.
The massage was great and Melissa was very accommodating and friendly.

If I could make any improvements it would be to have some relaxation beds in the moon room to relax whilst your partner has their treatment, all I wanted to do was sleep after the flotation and the sofas were not really suitable for that. Also it could have been a bit warmer in the moon room and the massage room.
In addition the main floor looks a little unsightly as its painted and the paint is damaged, it doesnt distract in any way from the fabulous experience but first impressions matter and this was slightly off putting.

We would definitely recommend this experience.

Lovely wat to spend a relaxing few hours with a friend. We opted for the infra red sauna & flotation package. We were made to feel very welcome on arrival. Everything was spotless. Fluffy robes , slippers & complimentary drinks provided. The Flotation experience was very well explained and we felt confident after the briefing. Thank you Palm Springs Float Space.

A very relaxing day with 6 friends. I really enjoyed the experience and especially the hot stones massage. I felt better the next day with no aches or pains for a change! So the combination of treatments definitely worked on me 😍👍🏼

I was shown around the building by melissa. Everything was fully explained and melissa was very welcoming and professional. Made me feel totally at ease and comfortable. The lymphatic massage was very therapeutic and I would highly recommend

This was our 1st visit, and booked the 45 mjn Infrared sauna followed by 60min flotation tank. What a wonderful experience... relaxing, time to literally switch off and concentrate just on yourself.
We would highly recommend and hope to visit again.

I’ve had a float tank experience which was very relaxing and most recently a 90 min massage. The therapist was very friendly, reassuring and put me at total ease when I was feeling a bit nervous and body conscious! She asked me questions to understand what I wanted and needed and did a bespoke treatment including hot stones and cupping, both of which I never tried before but wanted to do. I felt totally relaxed and refreshed after. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend! Thank you

I have been here a couple of times now and have had a great experience. I first came to try out the flotation tanks, and was shown around everywhere and Melissa explained everything they had to offer. I Had a great experience so booked again but this time with a sports massage afterwards. The staff were professional, friendly and made me feel very welcome, would definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful two hour massage and facial treatment with Melissa . I suffer from chronic pain due to an illness, and Melissa’s care and attention left me feeling relaxed and my pain levels improved . I can highly recommend and look forward to coming back soon .

Love going to float space. Infrared sauna followed by an hour float where I now always seem to fall asleep. Fabulous experience every time I have been. Looking forward to my next one. I highly recommend trying this therapeutic experience

An hour in the floatation pod, a truly amazing massage from Melissa, fluffy robes, endless hot drinks, and the warmest welcome from Melissa and her mum = absolute heaven! The space is clean, comfortable, and well thought out, with lovely touches like a floating headrest to make the pod even more relaxing. The afternoon tea was the perfect finishing touch, and we left feeling refreshed, pain-free, and already planning our next visit!

Went to Float Space for the first time after getting a Father's Day gift of a 1 hour float session. I only discovered float space recently after stumbling across them on Google and physically having a walk round Thorne to find the place (I live some distance away, but have relatives nearby).

I'm a veteran of sensory deprivation therapy (floating), as I've used it for nearly 20 years as a means of 'rebooting' and keeping my stress levels firmly in check, and probably have nearly 40 floats under my belt at a variety of venues across Yorkshire.

On arriving at Float Space, I was given a warm welcome and immediately taken on a tour of the facilities and what to expect. This tour finished in the float room which is where my session would take place. The staff were understanding of my past experience, so didn't spend long trying to explain stuff that I would have already known which was great.

The facilities were spotlessly clean and pleasant. For the float session, earplugs, a towel, shampoo, body wash, and some petroleum jelly (to cover any sores) were all provided. Despite all my previous floats, I hadn't used this model of tank before, but the staff member made sure I was completely happy with how it worked and the various features. After asking if I had any questions, she left the room and the session began.

The session was probably more relaxing than I expected. Some of the other venues I've floated at before, still expose you to sound in the pod such as footsteps, creaking / closing doors, or conversations. At Float Space there was nothing but absolute silence which is key to a great float session.

After returning to reality, I was able to relax and chill out in the Moon Room, which is a lovely space.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, whether you're seasoned in float therapy, or a first-timer.

As a person who has done this many times in the past, I will definitely offer a piece of advice to first timers. Flotation therapy is a progressive thing; the first time you try it, it's amazing, you won't believe how much it relaxes you, and there's certainly nothing at all to be worried about. However, it gets better each time you do it, because each subsequent time you aren't thinking about what's going to happen.

I have been a couple of times now for the Float Therapy and I cannot recommend this highly enough. I didn't know what to expect but it was fantastic. The staff are friendly and talk you through the process to make you feel comfortable. Will be returning regularly.
