Worst bed ever used thrown in the recycling, whoever has designed it doesnt have a clue on how to build a good cot bed. Really flimsy and really difficult to build. I wouldn't recommend.

Outstanding customer service
We purchased the Travel System which we would highly recommend, however where Babymore excels more than most companies is the excellent customer service. We had misplace an attachment to our Pram and reached out to Babymore for assistance. They promptly sourced the item and responded to us so that we could replace it extremely quickly.

Excellent product and customer service
I bought an Aston drop side cot from Babymore. There was a slight problem with product on delivery. I spoke to Debbi from Customer Services. I must say that she was excellent. She ensured the matter was put right immediately without any fuss. She kept me informed constantly and hurried a replacement through. Can fully recommend. Thank you Debbi and Babymore. Lovely cot.

Purchase the nursing rocking chair
Purchase the nursing rocking chair - extremely comfortable, my wife uses it all the time to feed our new born. Should have purchased the foot stool as well as looks like they don’t sell that separately - get them together as a bundle. All in all a great nursing chair for mums.

Let down by competitor, best thing ever!
I am restricted on space so needed a Petite cot from a reliable place which would be not only functional, but safe for my newborn baby. I narrowed it down to a possible 2 cots, 1 from a competitor and 1 from Babymore. I decided to go with the more expensive competitor only because they were a well known company who I’d purchased from before as opposed to BM who had never heard of. Needless to say my due date was fast approaching (19/12) and the competitor cot never arrived as the order was cancelled due to lack of stock so I was stuck. I therefore took a chance and purchased the BM cot and mattress (which had gone up in price after Black Friday) and i must say, it was the best purchase of my pregnancy. The cot is just a dream, the mattress is perfect and complies with all UK/EU standards, delivery was brilliant, it arrived within 3 working days and the set up was done in minutes - plus it fits in the allotted space perfectly and my daughter is very comfortable in it. Brilliant buy, don’t hesitate!!

It was supposed to be a drop-side cot
It was supposed to be a drop-side cot, but the side can’t drop after we assembled it. We tried a few times and it looks very fragile so we stopped trying. Stupid design.

*Update - We've noticed on the video supplied by you, that the cot was not being used as designed. The mechanism requires a simple two-step process: push in with your leg and then lift the panel to drop it down. The push itself will not cause the dropside to drop. Since providing you with this guidance, we haven’t heard back from you. We hope this resolves the issue and we would be grateful for your consideration in updating the review so it is in line with the circumstances.

We put up our cot over the weekend and we love it! It's very stylish and the drop side will be so useful. We can't wait until our baby is big enough to use it but in the meantime our nursery is complete!

Stella sleigh drop side cot
I had a problem with the order delivery which was partly my fault. Peter at Babymore was incredibly courteous and helpful, and persistent in helping to get things sorted out. Not only was the customer service good but, most importantly, we are delighted with the cot. It is just as stunning as we hoped. We particularly needed the drop sides to make it easier to lift out the baby.

Problem resolved efficiently -happy with the services
Babymore Eva Sleigh cot is so beautiful. Sturdy and smooth with a very useful drawer to store few essential baby items too. The side slides down to settle baby easily. I bought this for my grandson holiday visit as the price is so reasonable. I bought a wrong size mattress nonetheless and so purchased a new one to fit. Babymore offered swift delivery as it was so close to my grand baby visit. Got it and feel so happy about this. Babymore is offered me a refund for the wrong size without hassle. Babymore products can be found on Amazon trade platform and so you get double reassurance for your consumer rights. I am very happy with the service after all. Would recommend Babymore to anyone.
