Bought an item that was never delivered.
Over 2 months since buying it, and it still says "processing".
This means never left the premises, and this is over 60 days ago.
Tried contacting them via phone & email. Nothing.
Their CS is nonexistent.
Will have to proceed with a CC chargeback.
Bad customer service
The dam doesn't hold water very well so I tried to experiment with positioning for a fair few weeks before trying to contact them but after 3 weeks and an additional chase email, I'm still waiting for a reply with some advice
Terrible quality items and even worse customer service
Do not recommend - poor quality, definitely not "luxury"! Plastic rips after only light use and company do not honour 12 month guarantee - this seems to be a common problem based on other reviews. Plenty of better quality changing mats for a cheaper price. Level of customer service provided regarding the complaint was extremely poor.
We purchased the BabyDam Luxury SuperMax Anti-Roll changing mat and were very happy with it at first. However, after less than 3 months of only light use (we have a portable changing mat which we preferred to use most of the time), the plastic on the mat ripped. We were pleased that, as what we first thought to be a reputable brand, BabyDam would provide a replacement as stated on their website "We guarantee all of our products for a period of 12 months from date of purchase... Please note that this guarantee does not cover items for general wear and tear...". The fault was not general wear and tear as the item had been hardly used. BabyDam refused to replace the item, stating that this sort of damage is not part of the manufacturer's guarantee.
Disappointed that for this price (£27.99), the company refused to do anything to compensate for the fact that their very lightly used product broke so quickly. Do not recommend.

Amazing product
Amazing product, so simple and easy to use. Our little one uses it everytime she has a bath, saves us so much on water! The bath seat is also great, it really makes sure she is supported.
Fantastic products and customer service
After phoning this morning and speaking to a lovely lady to see if we were able to purchase a BabyDam from their address (as we literally live down the road) they were so accommodating from the initial call to us meeting them in their office.
They explained they don’t usually have customers coming to them in person but they were happy for us visit them regardless! They were all so friendly and helpful when we arrived.
The BabyDam we received is fantastic, and they generously gave us some extra products to try too! we will definitely be telling all our friends about them and buying from them again in the near future.

Amazing customer service
Amazing product! I have the rotating bath seat and my daughter loves it. Loads of room to grow, easy to use and clean. Brian at customer service helped me and was absolutely fantastic. The best service anyone could wish for. Can't recommend enough. Thanks Brian.

Baby dam , more like leaky dam
We recently bought a baby dam from ebay , new and unused . A product that promotes water saving and time. it was very fiddly to install and leaked even though we have a standard Uk bath . Cheaply made and not very durable at all .

Speedy delivery and great product
Very fast delivery even to Guernsey and the delivery charge didn’t change which often it does for my location. Good packaging, easy instructions and easy to use, works very well! Very happy customer 😀

Unhappy and disappointed
I ordered online an item from their website more than 1 month ago now and I still haven’t receive it. Their excuses not to refund me is Royal Mail is busy now with Christmas and strikes so you just have to be patient !!!!! Worse customer service ever. I will receive my item when my baby will be too old to use it !!!! 😡😡😡😡

Great seat but slippy
Love this seat it’s removable front makes it easy to lift baby in and out however the only thing I found was baby slips down as the bottom is smooth so would ideally need a textured bottom where they sit to help this
