I took a chance on Baboon and i am impressed. I had no idea if they were scam site or legit, especially in today's internet climate, i had never heard of this site, but colour me impressed, they did sent me what i ordered, used part, cleaned, shiny and everything perfect. And pretty quick to.

I ordered the motor part from Hungary on THU, placed the payment on FRI, the package was sent by Baboon on MON that I received on TUE morning. Exactly what I expected that fits indeed to my Honda motorbike.

Used to be boonstra motorparts based in Netherlands, now seems to be an extended bussiness under new name of baboon.eu still in same country. The parts assortiment is huge! Shipping time was suprisingly fast! Prices are fair in my opinion! I have made an order and everything is 1:1 like in pictures and in working condition. Also, very lovely that each part gets a tag attached with tie rep containing useful information about the donor bike of the part. Highly recommend! :-)

Seven or eight times I needed parts for my 2004 k1200 gt bike. Fast, exactly what I wanted at the best prices I found searching the internet, the parts came in safe packaging and all I can say is that I feel lucky to have boonstra parts and I have a source to get exactly what I need to keep my bike in top condition.

Ordered a used ECU for my motorcycle.
It was cheap, and it worked.
Shipping was very fast, NL to DK in 2 days, very impressive.

This company do not ship to my UK address in Northern Ireland despite their customer service dept claim that they do ship to the UK. All I keep getting from the Cost of shipping link is "No DHL express delivery available"
I have finally given up trying to buy from them after two days of correspondence with their customer service dept.

I purchased various parts for a 1997 CBR600F, they were of excellent quality, the rear shock and mount looked brand new 👌

Excellent quick delivery and there was a mistake with the price of the goods from them for which the shipping company and the customs in my country charged me duties and taxes. When contacted back they immediately accepted that it was their mistake and refunded the money back immediately. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Top store.

I was pretty skeptical when I saw some of the negative reviews initially, but I tried to give them a shot. I bought a used ignition kit complete with a tank cap, seat lock, and two keys. For an OEM part (2017 Kawasaki EX650) you’re looking at $300-$500 This was a used part for $150 (give or take USD conversion rate) and I still need to install it but so far this is exactly what I wanted and exactly what I ordered and I got it in less than a week. Will see if it works when I install it but the part looks good.

If you’re reading this review yes I’m a real person yes I got the part in less than a week and if this part works I will be buying from these again guys again so I would recommend them.

When you ask for information to BUY, they respond quickly without problems.
But if they are wrong and you want to do the paperwork for a return ... they forget about you and do not answer you.

Very helpful and fast communication in regards to a question about an order, plus order was processed quickly.

Ordered a front fairing and 2 decal stickers with the 2 day delivery option, that cost 60 euros. Sent around 10 different emails and after a week i got an answer saying they dont have the stickers. Their 2 day delivery expensive charge is for nothing, you are better off not using their services. Very unprofessional!

Totally swift and fast response and delivery. Got my item shipped and delivered from Europe all the way to southern pacific within 4 days! I wish that all spare parts are available though.

Ordered rev counter for my 600 bandit on the Monday. Arrived next day Tuesday. Only to 12hrs to the UK. Cheaper than here.Will definitely recommend to my friends.
